First time user even though their facility is a stone's throw from my house. I am so impressed! I just left my clothes outside, they very unobtrusively picked them up, and less than 24hrs later I got them back, packaged and sorted beautifully. I was initially shocked at the 120+ price tag, but their pricing is very clear on the website, they charge by pound and I gave them 45 lbs of laundry. Again, all folded and sorted for easy putting away. They are a little too expensive for my regular use, but next time I get behind on laundry and need some help I will absolutely use this service again.

Used this service after we had to clean a ton of clothes after a fire. They did maybe 200+ articles of clothing in a day turn around. It was so fast and efficient. I definitely will be using them again!

I called and the Asian lady with an accent refused to tell me how much the costs are per wash and per dry. Ridiculous. Then hung up the phone on me and didn't answer when I called back multiple times. Unethical business practices and probably fraudulent as well..

Pros: the service was awesome- they picked up my laundry and dropped it off saving me the trip to the laundrymat and my laundry is super clean and folded nicely. They also were able to find my location which was really nice Cons: I gave them 2 bags of laundry (about half what I do in a week for my business) to try it out and it cost me $175 because I had blankets. It won’t lie, when I saw the price I had sticker shock. This was my fault for not fully understanding pricing before trying out the service but I wanted to warn others they charge almost $18 per blanket. I understand they have to make money, but if you run a day spa like me, it will cost you less to pay an assistant to take your laundry to the fluff and fold. Considering I buy my blankets in bulk, it would also cost me less to let each of my clients take their blankets home with them and buy new ones for each service. For towels and sheets or regular laundry I can see this being a great service but I would not recommend it if you have blankets
