Best laundry service in the New Haven area I have found after years of living here. The service is fantastic every time I have come in. They have magically gotten tough stains out of clothes for me that other cleaners failed to; they saved multiple pieces of nice clothes that I was worried I’d have to throw out! This is the only place I trust now, I cannot recommend them enough.

I brought pillow forms and fabric asking if they could make pillowcases. I was told I would be contacted with a price, and need to pay upfront before any work was done.
Today I called for that price and was told my pillows were done! I never had the possibility of looking elsewhere. They went ahead without my OK. I provided the pillow forms & the fabric! And they charged me over $114.
For labor! I will never go back there again!

Executive Cleaners is the best!  Used them in Milford and now Hamden.   TaylorAnne is friendly and knowledgeable.  And...they were able to remove mold and mildew on two suits.  Don't second guess...go ahead, give them a try.

I went to the Milford store and was helped by Marissa, she was really nice, and respectful she took care of my jacket for me. Came back and my jacket was like brand new. Really awesome place it was a nice store and very clean. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs anything cleaned. Overall really great experience.

I come in either once a week or every two weeks and I always have a good experience. Marcella is almost always there either she works everyday all day or It’s just good timing but she always takes great care of me. Speedy service and I’ve never had a problem. Who would love to go to the dry cleaners?! I do! I always feel so welcomed and they have cleaned my wedding dress to perfection after I dragged it through the dirt and made a white shirt sparkling! Only come here to get your dry cleaning done!

I've had several alternations done from them over the past year, and all of them have come out perfect. From adding an inner lining to pants, to completely reshaping a pair of jeans (where the tailor expertly added extra fabric near the pockets in order to accommodate the drastic proportion changes), Sue and the tailor have done an exceptional job every time. They have also done a great job with smaller services such as repairing buttons or the re-sewing hems, and of course, with the dry cleaning.

This is my go-to dry cleaning + alterations store and I cannot recommend them enough.

The owner is so kind and sweet. They do a fantastic job cleaning clothing. I have had many alterations done there and they are excellent and reasonably priced. I even had a bridesmaid gown with 3 layers shortened and made smaller on top, and it was perfect!
