Best laundry service in the New Haven area I have found after years of living here. The service is fantastic every time I have come in. They have magically gotten tough stains out of clothes for me that other cleaners failed to; they saved multiple pieces of nice clothes that I was worried I’d have to throw out! This is the only place I trust now, I cannot recommend them enough.

I brought pillow forms and fabric asking if they could make pillowcases. I was told I would be contacted with a price, and need to pay upfront before any work was done.
Today I called for that price and was told my pillows were done! I never had the possibility of looking elsewhere. They went ahead without my OK. I provided the pillow forms & the fabric! And they charged me over $114.
For labor! I will never go back there again!

Executive Cleaners is the best!  Used them in Milford and now Hamden.   TaylorAnne is friendly and knowledgeable.  And...they were able to remove mold and mildew on two suits.  Don't second guess...go ahead, give them a try.

I spilt coffee all over my brand new jacket. I saw this place and saw good reviews I decided to come and give it a try. I went to the Milford store and was helped by Marissa, she was really nice, and respectful she took care of my jacket for me. Came back and my jacket was like brand new. Really awesome place it was a nice store and very clean. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs anything cleaned. Overall really great experience.

I come in either once a week or every two weeks and I always have a good experience. Marcella is almost always there either she works everyday all day or It’s just good timing but she always takes great care of me. Speedy service and I’ve never had a problem. I would definitely recommend this place.

I decided to try this laundromat as an alternative to my normal one and it was a big mistake. The washers weren’t great, and more expensive than my usual laundromat. The card readers didn’t work on 2 of the machines. After 35 minutes in the drier my towels were still soaked. I ended up leaving with wet clothes and going to my normal laundromat to finish my laundry. Only giving this two stars because the couches were comfortable.

Absolutely worst experience i have ever had with a laundrymat. First nobody notifies me that my 20 dollar hangar wouldnt be returned that i should take it when i drop it off. I go to pick my stuff up and ask where my hangar is to be told"they should have told you when you dropped it off those dont get returned" what good does that do me now. Then my suit jacket that i dropped off to get a simple stain out still has a stain after 2 times it got sent out. It looks like nothing was done to the jacket. The response i get is"they dont guarantee stain removal but i can send ir out again" why wasnt this said to me when i dropped it off two weeks ago FOR STAIN REMOVAL?!?!  Now i have to go to my fathers funeral with a stain on my back. Absolute trash business and i will never go back

,I have been going to Dee’s for about 30 years. Always very clean,, plenty of machines, and  comfortable seating while you are waiting. The women that work  there are very pleasant. Julie, is working when I go, she is always very helpful with customers, so pleasant, just adds a fun, warmth feeling for everyone.

Pleasant atmosphere, plenty of availability for washing and drying, option for dry cleaning, and decent selection of laundry necessities make for one of the best laundromats I've ever visited. Also there's plenty of machines to exchange for quarters as well as an ATM, and there's even vending machines! Even if it is far away for me it is well worth the trip every time! I even got one of their laundry bags which was large but easy to pack!

Clean, well lit laundromat with good prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Best place in Hamden for washing and drying your clothes, or use their drop off service. I've always been pleased with Dee's Cleaners!
