My Fabricare driver is Chris Unsworth.  He is excellent.  I have had delivery service from two other cleaners and neither comes close to Chris.  He is always on schedule and has been flexible as needed. The billing is accurate and the work is great.  I am very satisfied.

3.99 has been my exclusive dry cleaners for the last several years now. The choice was largely motivated by price, as 3.99 generally charges less than its competitors for both dry cleaning and alterations. However, the quality has simply gone downhill; delicate garments are return damaged, work often needs to be redone, and on several occasions I have stopped in or called on the agreed upon date only to find it is not ready. Even though their prices remain highly competitive, I think I'm finally done.

Owner Charles is very pleasant and his guys too. Even when busy they have time to greet you politely and efficiently. They do o a good job and very  affordable when you compare prices at other cleaners.

I sent an expensive linen blazer that had never been worn with tags to be freshened from hanging in my closet. They actually returned it with a large burn mark on the shoulder. Unwearable.

I've been going here for 2 years now and they always do a great job with my cleaning and my alterations are always spot on. I've taken everything there from jeans to cashmere sweaters and they always come back great. You can't bet the price or the fast turn around service.

I brought in an outfit to clean and they ruined it. The owner claimed I had ruined it and that he was not responsible. He was extremely rude. Do not trust them with your clothes and if you do make sure you look at everything closely before you take them out otherwise you're out of luck.
