Attendants are friendly and helpful. Patrons are nice.

The last thing I worry about when doing my own laundry is customer service, but this place was not it for me. The cashier just stared at me and was overall unwelcoming; I just turned around and left.

Really nice and clean laundromat, was in the area due to an appointment which was one first time entering and can say, the environment is clean and fresh

New employees making up rules. I went to pick up my laundry 15 mins b4 they closed noticed I only had 3 out of 4 bags and ask to purchase a plastic bag for $1. The employee proceeds to tell me that she closed the reg and that they were closed and she's couldn't sell me a bag. I was shocked and said you close at 11. She then tells me they close whenever their done with their closing procedures per management orders, they can close anytime... Can't recommend a place that will close anytime b4 closing and have your laundry stuck there till the morning

Convenient for me since it's not far. It's right by the East Norwalk train station.
