it is correct place i will add photos about the work they did, first photo is your tailor is made it, other one another tailor made it before it should be like this, it should be with original piece. my two pants is like this i can't wear of them i waste of my money because of this work.

I brought my $150 UGG gloves here to get "cleaned". Not only did they strip them completely of their original color *chestnut* but they shrunk and are deformed. Please see photos as a comparison of what they looked like new. The owner tried to "rectify" by saying she would buy me a new pair which I thought was super nice..only to find out she bought me a whole different pair--- the color was fable, not the classic chestnut. The owner told me i owed her for the cleaning! I asked for my old pair and left. I'm sure the owner will love her new fable ugg gloves! I'm buying a new pair myself...

They were fair price and the best part the owner Penny went over with me how the alterations were gonna be made. Overpriced & not friendly! He wanted to charge $25 to repair (ONLY; not clean) a 2-3 inch rip on the inseam of a pair of knit pants. Classic Deluxe Cleaners (in Springdale) is charging me $18 for not only the repair ($7.50) but the cleaning as well. If you don’t want black business put a sign on the door.

Which part of my complaint are you disputing? Two people in the shop, me & you. You quoted the price therefore I’m assuming you are the tailor. It was a pair of CABLE KNIT pants (no special care needed) the inseam was ripped about 3in at most. I will be attaching the receipt from Deluxe Cleaners for the same repair and additional cleaning.

Holy crap! Fast service! I had 2 big bags of laundry picked up and dropped back off in just a couple of hours. Very very happy and worth the price.

Wash and fold service. I was delighted to see how much care went into the folding my my dress shirts. I only travel with dress shirts that don't require ironing so i don't need to pay so much more for dry cleaning.  Every wash and fold is different. Some fold dress shirts very haphazardly. But this place took the time to fully button and fold with same care that I would when I pack my shirts.
Total cost for 7 shirts, pants and socks was $25 with included $10 pickup and drop off at the hotel.

The last few times I have been at this laundry even though you choose warm or hot water it is always cold!!!!  I will not go back there.

My dad and I went here to wash a couple of items and there are 2 sides to this place. There was no sign on the other side that it can’t be used and this lady came up to my dad and said you can’t use it. My dad said that’s fine but there wasn’t a sign that’s why he was using it. And my dad takes his stuff out. While my dad was on the phone. He was explaining over the phone with someone what happened. This other guy shows up and starts giving my dad an attitude over absolutely nothing. My dad didn’t disrespect the lady and he was minding his business. But this other guy decided it was okay to disrespect my dad and give him an attitude telling him “how do I know you if your on the phone or not” that’s no way of talking to a customer. He also told my dad to stop talking. And again my dad never yelled at the lady or anything he just repeated “there is no sign here” I am very disappointed since we have been coming here and we never had an issue like this. When we were going to other machines to dry our items. They just keep looking at us with rude faces.

I dropped off wash and fold as a first time customer here 2 weeks ago. They turned it around same day and did a great job. That’s not really the reason I’m writing this review….im writing it bc I accidentally left my engagement ring and another diamond ring in my pants pocket. And didn’t realize it. Two days later I have 3 missed calls from an unknown 203 number. I call it back and it’s Anna from laundry Express calling to tell me she found my rings. I had NO IDEA where I had misplaced them. Wouldn’t have guessed in my jeans pocket at wash & Fold! This amazing woman found them while doing my laundry, called me repeatedly and held them safely until I returned from a trip. I will forever be in her gratitude. This woman is sent from heaven. Incredibly honest - and yes, their services are spot on too!

I dropped off several garments for dry cleaning before Memorial Day Weekend and, unfortunately, still don’t have them back over a month later. When I first went to pick them up, they had a strong, unpleasant body odor—so bad that I couldn’t wear them without making people around me (including myself) feel sick. I returned the clothes and was told they would be re-cleaned.
When I picked them up the second time, the exact same odor was still present. I pointed this out, but the employee at the counter simply shrugged, offering no solution or concern. I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated, thinking that this business had ruined $600 worth of clothing and didn’t care.
The following week, I reached out to management multiple times. After about a week of follow-ups, the manager finally returned my call and asked for the chance to make things right. I brought the clothes back for a third attempt within a day of that conversation. It’s now been over two weeks since then, and I’ve received no update on the status of my clothing.
At this point, I’m hoping my items can still be salvaged, but I won’t be returning here in the future. The lack of communication, accountability, and quality is extremely disappointing.
