Crescent Cleaners is hands down the best dry cleaner I’ve been to. I’ve been taking clothes there since we moved from the city almost a year ago, and not only do they do a superb job every time, but their customer service is unparalleled. Everyone goes the extra mile whenever I come in, including helping me get clothes to and from the car whenever my toddler is with me and I definitely need the extra hands. The owner is great and has personally helped me to the car on more than one occasion. I’ve brought heavily stained items, designer pieces, and fragile clothes, and they always come back to me looking better than ever for a very competitive price.

Just last week I brought in my grandfather’s Burberry rain jacket; it had gotten some odd stains on it during our move. It’s the only remaining item I have of my grandfather’s, and I was so afraid of such a sentimental piece being ruined in the cleaning process that I delayed bringing it in for far too long. I explained the situation, and the way they carefully inspected the coat with the utmost care demonstrated how thoughtful and trustworthy they are. I picked it up today and it looks absolutely pristine.

The Service was excellent, Frank stayed open an extra two minutes for me since I was running late from work to pick up my dry cleaning. He set me up for free drop off and pick up from my apartment building, which will be a huge time saver! The clothes came out nice, although my tuxedo shirt could have been pressed/ironed a little better. Other than that, no complaints and I look forward to using Crescent Cleaners and Launders again soon!

The staff at Crescent Cleaners are VERY helpful and are very polite. Good turnaround service and there is even a 24 hour drop-off slot if you cant drop off your clothes during business hours. Highly recommend !!

I dropped off several garments for dry cleaning before Memorial Day Weekend and, unfortunately, still don’t have them back over a month later. When I first went to pick them up, they had a strong, unpleasant body odor—so bad that I couldn’t wear them without making people around me (including myself) feel sick. I returned the clothes and was told they would be re-cleaned.
When I picked them up the second time, the exact same odor was still present. I pointed this out, but the employee at the counter simply shrugged, offering no solution or concern. I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated, thinking that this business had ruined $600 worth of clothing and didn’t care.
The following week, I reached out to management multiple times. After about a week of follow-ups, the manager finally returned my call and asked for the chance to make things right. I brought the clothes back for a third attempt within a day of that conversation. It’s now been over two weeks since then, and I’ve received no update on the status of my clothing.
At this point, I’m hoping my items can still be salvaged, but I won’t be returning here in the future. The lack of communication, accountability, and quality is extremely disappointing.
