I needed fast turn around time on several items including men’s suits and dress shirts, some cashmere sweaters and a very sentimental Italian linen dress. I was so impressed with the speed and quality of the service. The pricing was also extremely reasonable. I will absolutely be using them for all my dry cleaning needs in the future. They also do alternations and delivery and pickup depending on where you live. Overall phenomenal service all around.

I am so upset I drove an hour for wash and clean services and provided my own detergent and when I picked up my clothes my clothes reeked of scents and some random men’s underwear ended up in my clothes. They offered a refund on some items but now I am stuck paying double to get this fixed. I also found someone’s sock in my bedding that I got washed by them. Very upsetting.

Very impressed with the service here! I brought my wedding dress and my husband’s tux to get cleaned (and dress restored). What I expected to be several months wait period, they completed in about 4 days! Since it needed little care, they made sure to get it done quickly, and decreased the price as well. The cashiers and reception staff were very attentive and quick to service all customers!

Fair prices, quick service. We’ve flown in to the area twice in the past 2 months as wedding guests and had clothes dry cleaned and/or pressed after they’re wrinkled from the flight. Both times the prices were fair and we were able to either get same day service for just a press or next day turnaround for a dry cleaned/press. We will be using this place again in the future for any dry cleaning needs when we’re in town.

Their service is excellent. I appreciate the free delivery and pick up service. I also appreciate that when they have questions about items they have for cleaning I am either called or texted. Their prices are fair and comparable to other cleaners in the area.

I gave this place a chance several times, but I am NEVER going back. They SHRUNK an expensive dress shirt from Reformation  - it was dry cleaned, not laundered so that should not have happened. They also ruined my Karen Millen suit jacket. The outer layer of the fabric has rippled!!! Previously they had to redo these exact two garments because after the first dry cleaning the armpits still smelled. This place is a disaster. They don’t like to take responsibility for complaints either, they like to deny or disagree if you point out issues with the clothes you receive.

Not only is the staff great but the patrons treat each other like neighbors!!!!! On Saturday morning a patron gave me 12.00 bucks to finish my laundry because I did not realize the machines did not take credit cards. Hope for humanity found at Laundry Room

To the person below complaining about her goofy jammies being moved. She left her laundry in tbe machine and was gone over an hour, it was very busy and the attendent was asked to clear out the machine so others can use it. The princess felt she owned the machine and could just leave and return whenever she pleased. Very inconsiderate on her part.

This man moved my UNDERWEAR out of the washer when I was gone ! I felt so uncomfortable ! I wasn’t gone no more than 30 minutes and came back to see my underwear in a basket out in the open for anyone to take . When I asked the lady  who moved my stuff she told me the owner in the picture moved my clothes . He hasn’t apologized or gave an extra explanation why ! Don’t come here if you’re black . And if you do , make sure you stay by your laundry or the owner will move them whether you’re a woman or not !!

I am visiting this laundromat on a Monday afternoon around 11am. There is a working ATM here. There are 11 washing machines and 12 dryers. Nice resting area is available. This business is clean, a multilingual attendant is here, and she has advised each customer when their washer or dryer is done. She keeps the customer traffic moving to a nice pace. She is very helpful and very concerned about the cleanliness of the laundromat. Good parking and parking lot is very clean. There are businesses across the street to eat lunch or get a coffee. The customers visiting here are of every shape, size, age, color, and culture. Everyone doing laundry here is friendly and polite. I will visit again and update my review at that time.

Sick of this place! Get machines that actually work! I’ve been here for over 2 hours trying to wash a single load of clothes because you can’t get machines that work properly! I am absolutely baffled by my experience here. I dropped off pants last week to be hemmed for vacation—one pair in particular was a cream pair with a Hawaiian floral print. When I picked them up, they had an orange stain at the bottom. Instead of being returned to me in wearable condition, I was told the stain would “come out in the wash.” That alone was frustrating—why hand me back something in a condition requiring more work? But since I was leaving in two days, I took them home and washed them. Twice. The stain didn’t budge.

When I went back to explain the situation, I emphasized that I needed the pants immediately. The owner suggested I come back so he could “try to clean them” and then told me the chalk had been pressed into the pants. These pants were brand new with tags and now ruined. I asked for a refund, and at first he said he could only refund half—which made no sense since the pants were damaged due to their negligence. After back and forth, he finally agreed to cover the cost of the pants and hemming, but even then shorted me $1… and then asked to keep the pants?? I left not only inconvenienced and out of time, but also without the pants I bought and paid to alter.

On top of all of this, the hemming job itself wasn’t even done correctly—they hemmed a cream pair of pants with white stitching, which stood out and looked sloppy.

Overall, this was a hugely disappointing and bizarre experience. I lost money, time, and the pants themselves. I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone.

I got two items altered. They have an 18 flat rate for all hemming alterations for pants; which is nice and affordable! Cheapest tailors I’ve ever been to in Connecticut! Plus the lady that’s usually at the front is super nice and accommodating! I’ll come back if I need services in the future.

Lately every time we plan to pick up cleaning The door is locked during business hours. This has been going on for a while. Not reliable.
Time to find a new dry cleaners.

This is the second time I’ve driven from across town to pick up my dry cleaning and there’s a sign on the door that says closed until 415.
