My daughter just became a professional firefighter, she dropped off her uniform with a promise p/u date. Today May 29th was the promise date for her ceremony tomorrow. She needed her pants and shirt pressed. They agreed to deliver. So the official pinning is tomorrow and we have no uniform.
Today much to my surprise, her uniform never showed up on date promised. So she had to go back to her hiring department and get re-issued a uniform for her official pinning and press the uniform herself.
This place has no reliable communication, when I called to see if the truck came to drop off her uniform they had no answers.
Very very bad business.
If you can’t deliver don’t promise. They should have mowed this place down when they had a chance.
Never again will I use or recommend them to anyone. They ship the clothes to Brooksville for laundrying so this location is like a third party vendor.
Anyway stay away or just drive to Brooksville and drop laundry off.

This establishment has hired quite the rude employee. A young woman who works there (overweight with brown hair, possibly by the name of Jessica or Chelsea) rudely interrupted me multiple times and repeatedly spoke in a sarcastic tone.

My request? To have my clothes dry cleaned by Monday (Thursday was when I asked). I was willing to pay extra. So, she made a call to her boss to see if the rush job could be approved. Her boss authorized it provided that I could pick up at a different location (Brooksville), which I was willing to do.

At first, her boss could not commit to Monday morning, but I said I could pick up by noon if that time worked better for them. She authorized the rush for that day.

I explained to the employee that I had a wedding renewal ceremony later that day, so noon would be the latest I could pick up my clothes. Before she began processing my clothes, I asked her if she could give me clarification that noon would definitely be the latest they would be ready (because any later would be too late). I did not hear what her boss said to her, so I wanted to be certain of the pick-up time.

Before I could finish my statement, she began making sarcastic remarks such as "Obviously." She also said "There is no guarantee, but I already told you what she said. I am beginning to have anxiety. And right now, you are slowing down our business."

All I attempted to ask--once--was confirmation that the clothes could be ready by noon, given the limited time I had to work with. But that single question was enough to trigger her rude and overly emotional reaction.

As I calmly began to ask her why she was being so rude, she raised her voice, repeatedly interrupted me, and told me to leave. She made this animated scene in front of another customer.

I asked her for her employer's number and she said she would give me hers instead. She handed me a piece of paper with the name, Jessica.

This female was incredibly rude, emotionally volatile, and condescending. If that's the kind of customer service they hire, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

You have been warned of this place.

Terrible customer service! I worked in the service industry for 8 years and I try to treat everyone friendly and respectfully due to the amount of rude people I know they deal with running a business. The older lady working the front desk was extremely rude to me at drop off and pickup. Prices are fair but I think I’d rather pay extra somewhere else and have someone more friendly and welcoming to give my business to.

The new guy is so rude and refuses to have my husband‘s uniforms back within six days which he needs to fly off as a pilot.  and having been with this company for at least 20 years the other woman that is usually there is so friendly and nice and when I told her about the bad experience she told me that is actually my son and got so defensive  with me as if I was in the wrong and I said well very good to know. Maybe you can teach him about how to do a better job and a little bit about customer service. He is going to lose business for people.. and I told her I know this is not easy to hear, but possibly you can help rectify the situation for the future.

3 sport coats cleaned. 1 has visible water stains. 1 is missing both buttons.  For a better job, Save yourself a trip and wash your fine clothing in the sink.

Excellent place to have my honor guard uniform clean and the young lady that waits on me every Monday is well worth coming to see. Very nice and pleasant to chat with.

Had a comforter supposedly cleaned and this business ships it out to another company to have it cleaned.  It did not arrive at the scheduled date and time and it still has not arrived.  Employee did not know where the comforter is and refused to contact the company who is doing the work and gave me the number to call myself  to see where the comforter is.  This business does nothing for the customer and wants the customer to try to track down the item that this business sent off to have cleaned.  She said maybe the other company lost my ticket which is an unacceptable response.  Still have not received the comforter and the business cannot tell me where it is.  This business and it's employees are unprofessional and if you use their "service" do not rely on them to ensure that your item has not been lost.  I have never done business with as unprofessional and such poor customer service for business as this one.

This used to be a great cleaners, before it was bought out by a Brooksville cleaners of lower quality.  From 2010 to the takeover (around early 2014) service was excellent.  Everything I ever took was well done and they could even do it same day as a favor if you took it in early.  Everyone was real nice.  We used them a lot!!!  All of a sudden cleaning time tripled because they started shipping everything out to Brooksville.  The friendly local workers seem to have been let go.  Since then of the several items I have taken in on more than one occasion, nothing has come back well done.  There are double creases and poorly ironed items, soiled items, even coming back dirty in places they weren't when they were taken in (remains to be seen whether another cleaner can fix it or it was ruined), etc.  It has been horrendous.  On top of the awful service they have raised prices on everything.  When concerns were raised the worker said the worker for ironing had been fired so there wouldn't be problems anymore (no resolution for prior issues and that doesn't address the poor cleaning or turnover times).  The new owner is never available to deal with concerns (asked on 5 different occasions) and does not return messages.  It's worth the drive to take your things elsewhere.  I'd recommend you not set foot here.
