Love that I can get in and out in a hour (20 more mins if I fold onsite 🙄, who want to do that 😅).
Always clean and a machine is readily available just about every time I go. Plus they have an app which helps a lot , I forget to pull that cash out sometimes 😅… definitely recommend if you need to do your laundry fast !!

It's kind of nice having a laundromat that you don't sweat to death inside of. As well as having many machines that work you don't have to wonder if your order is going to get returned or if you're not going to be able to wash or dry your clothes. If you like doing all your laundry at once and having it done and folded and as little as 2 hours in this place is for you. Plenty of room to fold your clothes plenty of room for people to get around you and plenty of those little carts to move things from washer to dryer from dryer to table. Definition of convenience, with a vending machine with all the things necessary in case you forgot anything at home.

Was a nice place. Clean. A little more expensive then what I usually pay but we were in the area and needed to get laundry done. That being said the washers and dryers are worth the extra because they work very well. Washers spin is really good that gets a lot of the water out of the clothes and the drivers work really well in getting a lot of the left over animal hair and lint off them

1st and last time using. Istill had wrinkles in the linen garments. I don't know where my hard earned money went but it didn't press my clothes well.

They advertise they do alterations; however, no seamstress or tailor is on site. No fitting room at this location. They suggested I pin it myself and they would send it off. What? Pin it, myself, while I'm inside the dress?

Dry Cleaning. I have used Cloud Cleaners 3 times for business shirts. The shirts have Pearl Snaps and each time I request dry cleaning due to the Pearl Snaps. They ask about starch, and I explain dry cleaning doesn't get starch.  Each time I get the shirts back they have been laundered and are badly pressed. They are no longer fit for business use.

I will not use them again and I can't recommend them. I can't afford to keep replacing my work shirts.

Absolutely destroyed my water proof cover for the bed. I suppose mine wasn’t made to be dry cleaned. Staff on site was also quite, let’s say, “not with the program” and came off a bit arrogant. I’ve since switched to a new dry cleaners simply for that reason.

Gateway Laundromat

Usually this place is nice, but one of the attendants will refuse to let you use the facility 1 hour and 25 minutes PRIOR to when they close. Ironically,  she made the girl in the glasses tell me she'd said I couldnt wash my 1 item but it was already in the wash so she switched it to i couldnt use the drier..even though it would of been both washed and dried prior to closing. The owner should watch the cameras more to see what goes on with customers the last 2 hours of the day. Might be a surprise.

This is by far the best laundry mat I have been to in lake city and the staff are very professional and friendly especially Candice she gets my vote for emplyee of the month

Really nice people, even asked what type of detergent I wanted used.  They did a great job of folding my clothes.  A lot better than I would. I have used their services before and plan on using them on a regular basis now. Excellent service , a warm smile a nd fair prices. A Win, Win, for all .

They have a practice where they take your clean clothes & throw them in a bin with others not sure if clean clothes, before pressing them.

When I questioned this practice, the employee didn't think anything wrong with it.

Coin Laundry

Hours are 7a.m.-11pm but they let me stay a little later as my clothes weren't quite dry. I had washed my clothes at a nearby hotel where I was staying, but when I had put the coins in the drier at the hotel wouldn't work, a second was out of order and the third had chewing gum in it. So I found this coin laundry and took my clothes here. The man was already cleaning up, sweeping and getting ready to mop so I was thankful he let me in!

Very dirty and old. A lot of it is falling apart. Mostly it really needs cleaning!!!
$4 for 3-load and $5 for 4-load washers. Dryers $.25/5 minutes but don't dry great.😣

Bumped into the owners as I was leaving and they were very kind and actually took time to hold a conversation with me. They keep it very clean and the dryers are AMAZING!

N & W Dry Cleaners

Never had a problem over the years of going to N&W cleaners until the last couple of months. Took my clothes there to get some clean pressed and starched. Majority of my clothes came back looking dirty spotted and stain. Place my clothes in clean wrapping didn’t even tell me they was damaged. Understandable that everyone makes mistakes i went back a second time and same thing happened again. My mistake for going back again. Ask for the manger which took my clothes she wasn’t there and only be there a few days out the week. Asked for the owner and was told they couldn’t give out the numbers. I will never go back again. Never had this problem when Mr.Allen own it. No one has returned my calls and can’t seem to catch the Manager or the owner. I learned my lesson and if you notice they only reply back to goo reviews and not the bad ones.Angry consumer

I have used N&W cleaners for years on and off.  Last Wednesday June 18, I went to N&W Cleaners, to drop off  4 dresses. For their Wednesday special. The front counter person (Katie).  She checked the dresses and stated they should  ready after 4, the following day. She was friendly.
Saturday June 21st, around about 9 am. I returned to pick up 2 of the dresses that I previously dropped off.  I paid for my dresses. After paying I noticed that my chain on my dress was missing. I bought it to the lady attention he front desk.  She went looking for it, she was unable to locate it. She stated that "Katie" probably put it up somewhere and she would not be back until Monday. This was a Michael Kors designer dress. Which I only wore 2 times.  I was disappointed that it was not attached to my dress.
Nobody from N&W Cleaners call me Monday. SoI called the cleaners Tuesday   June 24 and spoke "Katie". I explained her what happened. She stated that someone had told her about the missing chain from my dress. She stated that she is still looking and took my phone number, and she will call me back.
I waited to hear back from her. I called back after waiting 2 hours.  Katie answered phone. She stated that nobody found it or saw it and began telling me about the disclosure on the back of the receipt. She became very irritated with me and my questions. She began to over  talkme,   refused listening anymore, she became very disrespectful.  She stated it was my fault., and the owner would pay or replace anything, she refused to acknowledge they made a mistake. So she ended the call never apologized for her rude behavior.
I left from work to pick up the rest of my clothes, from there. Once again she " Katie" was a the front desk or counter.
I tried to talk her about the phone conversations.. Now, she's insisting that she did not see the chain on my dress. And was not responsible for removing it from clothes.  I paid $42 dollars and left very confused and very dissatisfied. I will not be using NW Cleaners anymore. This place cannot be trusted to take care of your finest possessions.  They should hire people who are more trained. The owner should held them accountable  for,there actions.☹️

Terrible service! Didn't take the time to dry clean a holiday suit with care.  Color bled and basically ruined it.  Won't ever go back to these folks again! Thanks for your lack of quality service. You simply didn't test the fabric prior to cleaning. Now you owe me a new suit...

I would give 0 stars if I could. The owner needs to look into firing the manager for failing to do their job. Also, not enough pieces and the machines were down. Can't keep lie straight.

Advance Cleaners

This was the first and LAST time to use this establishment. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED  with the service we received We turned in 23 articles of clothing to be service. There were 14 pair jeans one Jean jacket three shirts one sports jacket one dress one skirt one blouse and one sweater. I requested light starch on the Jean materials. This was the EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED portion of service and quality we received.

Eight out of 14 pairs of jeans and a blue Jean jacket were heavily starched. I brought this to the staff attention while inspecting my clothing in the store. The staff said it was lightly starched. It was very heavily starched. My jeans felt like cardboard.

We turned our clothing in on Tuesday and the staff said that it would be ready on Thursday after 4 PM. We showed up after 5 PM on Thursday and the clothing was not ready. The staff said the clothing will be ready tomorrow Friday after 1 PM. I called before going there.The staff said that it would not be ready for another hour which would make it 2:30 PM.

Omg! The BEST Trustworthy cleaner that my husband and I have been using for over 10 years. Yesterday my husband dropped his shirt off to be cleaned and left $800 in his top shirt pocket. We live an hour away. I drove to Lakecity this morning and told the employees what happened and the lady that took his shirt put the money up and gave it to me this morning. Trust this business they do an awesome job with everything. The k you for being honest and TRUSTING

I am a long time Lake City resident and being a businessman in the area I try to also support the local businesses. I went by Advance Cleaners today like I have the past few months every 2-3 weeks or so. When I pointed out stains that were still on a sleeve cuff on a recently picked up uniform, I was in for a rude surprise. The coat was a brand new white lab coat and this was its first cleaning. As I pointed it out the elder white haired man at the counter began writing a ticket to clean the jacket when it had just taken it out for its first wear! Instead of offering a return customer a more thorough cleaning. He expected me to pay again? I just picked it up!!! That's why we take clothing to the dry cleaners (and pay for it) so that it will be cleaned properly. Well he was not pleased when I said 'no thanks I'll take it elsewhere' he turned his back and walked to the back and said 'do what you want.' I guess that cigarette is more important then providing great customer service. The sad thing is they already burnt a hole through a uniform and this was the second chance. Poor customer service, poor job with their services. I was advised this before by other locals but I guess that's what I get for giving a place with an already bad reputation a chance.

This is now the second time in 60 days they’ve lost our clothes. Dishonest people work here and we’ll never do business here again. They lost my husband’s suit jacket and told us to come back four times. They never found them. Pretty sure they never looked. Then today we stayed to check our order and we were missing pants. The ticket reads 14 items and only 13 items were delivered. Go figure, they said come back tomorrow. Only go here if you want your clothes stolen and lied about.

This place is a trip. I took two brand pair of pants there to have hem and pressed. Waited a week to pick up.I needed these pants for doing a funeral. The day of the funeral I put them on to find out they were never hem ONLY PRESSED! Took them back and thank GOD the owner was there to make things right. I still Waited a another week to get them back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
