Usually this place is nice, but one of the attendants will refuse to let you use the facility 1 hour and 25 minutes PRIOR to when they close. Ironically,  she made the girl in the glasses tell me she'd said I couldnt wash my 1 item but it was already in the wash so she switched it to i couldnt use the drier..even though it would of been both washed and dried prior to closing. The owner should watch the cameras more to see what goes on with customers the last 2 hours of the day. Might be a surprise.

This is by far the best laundry mat I have been to in lake city and the staff are very professional and friendly especially Candice she gets my vote for emplyee of the month

Really nice people, even asked what type of detergent I wanted used.  They did a great job of folding my clothes.  A lot better than I would. I have used their services before and plan on using them on a regular basis now. Excellent service , a warm smile a nd fair prices. A Win, Win, for all .

Friendly staff. Many machines absolutely love the 6 load washers. Always clean environment including the bathroom.  Vending machines and change machine. They offer drop off laundry services charged by the pound. By far the best laundry mat I've ever been to.

I'd rather discuss this with the owner. But nowadays that's not always possible.

They have a practice where they take your clean clothes & throw them in a bin with others not sure if clean clothes, before pressing them.

When I questioned this practice, the employee didn't think anything wrong with it.

The overall place is good. Updated the machines payment methods.

But what I want to say is that it's really NOT handicapped accessible. The designated handicap spot is located on a far side. Trollies are hard to maneuver around the door on a raised liped so called side walk.

How do you expect someone to maneuver a trolly on that if they can't carry anything more than 5lbs, for such a distance. And the one side that would of been perfect, isn't!

Should do something to help more than just abled body people. Cause not every disabled person haves an abled body to help.

The place needs new seats, some picnic tables with cover outside, water fountain and way better Parking spaces. There's almost no room to move around with your laundry much less a place to sit comfortably. The chairs they have now are absolutely dangerous because they tip forward when you try to sit down.

Always clean bathrooms- well stocked - everything maintained daily. Safer environment because someone is always on duty working and cleaning. Large machines, many dryers. Been going for a decade+ and only had 2 issues - which is remarkable -was refunded within 30 minutes and issue resolved immediately. Staff is friendly, helpful and love that someone is always on site in the pm. Highly recommend. Also there are several large signs with a phone number to call, they answer AND arrived within minutes to resolve issue. The post - after hurricane when EVERYONE in Lake city had NO internet - is definitely not an accurate review and there is and WAS a phone number in plain view. Love this place.
