They don’t dry clean, they barely iron the clothes (see floral shirt). I understand not all stains come out, no one will guarantee that. But I simply rubbed one of the stains out between my hands and started seeing improvement, which shows they didn’t attempt to clean it, they just ironed it. They do a poor job on altering, I’m talking about a simple hem, it’s uneven and very poorly done (see black shirt). They price “dry cleaning” (which they don’t even clean!!) and alterations based on the brand of the clothes, the more expensive the brand, the more they charge, with the excuse “it’s a delicate material”. Silk is silk.
They also messed up a tie by pressing it and causing creases in the edges and on the front which won’t come out.
I wasted my money and paid to have my clothes ruined.
I will never go back nor recommend them for any services. Stay away!!

UPDATE! They had the nerve to ask me to take down my review just because I signed the invoice that shows I was aware of the pre-existing conditions. Of course I knew of the pre-existing conditions, that’s why I took them to have them dry cleaned. I ended up taking the stains off the dress myself by gently rubbing it between my fingers. So they made no attempt to dry cleaned the dress. The tie is messed up by being pressed. The blouse wasn’t ironed. And  the hem on the black shirt is terrible. That is the truth, with proof. No apology or attempt to make it better, just “take it down, it’s hurting our reputation”. 0 for customer service and 0 for service

I had an incredible experience with Keen Sweet Cleaners. While I was traveling, someone spilled cranberry juice all over my blue dress shirt, and I honestly thought it was ruined. When I brought it in, the staff wasn’t sure they could save it, but they promised to give it a try. When I picked it up, I was shocked, not only was the stain completely gone, but the shirt looked brand new. I’ve used a lot of cleaners over the years, and this is by far the best. Huge thanks to the team for their attention to detail and quality work!

I brought drapes in to be dry cleaned. 9 panels in total. The owners daughter charged me for 6 panels & wrote 6 on the receipt. I received a call that the drapes were ready & that I was only charged for 6 panels & would need to pay for the remaining 3. Was told to come back at Wednesday after 5pm and my clothes was not ready. They said come back That Thursday AM and I did, actually came back Thursday afternoon-around 1pm and still my clothes were not ready now there saying my clothes may have been mistakenly tooken by another customer and im not innerstanding how can a “mistake” like that happens if your a employee who’s payin attention I mean that’s the purpose for the ticket so things can be done properly. Long story short there telling me they can’t find my clothes. I feel like I was taken advantage of and discriminated as a customer and my clothes were stolen very unprofessional and unreliable 🤦‍♂️

I’ve been coming here for years and normally have a great experience. However, when they make mistakes they do not make it right.

My shirt was damaged by them and their approach was to tell me that there would be “no charge” for the shirt. No credit to offset the cost of replacing the shirt, no offer to try to fix it (though I doubt it could be fixed), and not even an apology given.

Terrible job and customer service. I brought a dress in to get dry cleaned because it had some self tanner on it from a spray tan. When I got home and took it out of the packaging, it still had some of the spray tan in some spots of the dress. I paid full price to not have all of the stains taken out. When I brought it back in, the owner said no we can’t do anything and just walked away from me, so rude! Not even a sorry.

Brought in a suit jacket for cleaning and removing a small spot. After a week, the spot was still there but the owner told me I hadn't made it clear that I wanted the spot removed. I left it with them for another week and whatever chemical they tried on the spot changed it from a small spot to a large streak. They didn't acknowledge it or anything, just asked for the credit card. They got their money but lost a customer.

Do not use this place! The alteration was the worst I’ve ever had and way overpriced! Jenny was rude and aggressive when I expressed dissatisfaction. I’ve never had anyone talk to me the way she talked to me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Jenny and Co are awesome. We have really enjoyed working with them as they always remember us and our family. Super personable folks. Dry cleaning and alterations have always been spot on.

Used them to get a stain out of a white jersey I have. They said they couldn't but would try and - lo and behold - they got it out. Very friendly and good sense of humor. Love this place!
