My boyfriend is VERY picky about the way his work clothes are dry cleaned, so I have been to my fair share of dry cleaners. I drive 30 minutes to Imperial because they truly do the best job. The customer service is top notch, they are the most amazing people you will ever meet. I have taken the most valuable blankets and quilts to be cleaned here and not a single item has been mishandled and comes back, I feel, in better condition that when I left it. I've been doing business with Imperial Dry Cleaners for 13 years. Geeta, the owner is always so professional and kind. They have done a fantastic job over the years dry cleaning my dress shirts, pants, ties, and sweaters. The turnover time for pickup is quick and the prices are very reasonable. I brought drapes in to be dry cleaned. 9 panels in total. The owners daughter charged me for 6 panels & wrote 6 on the receipt. I received a call that the drapes were ready & that I was only charged for 6 panels & would need to pay for the remaining 3. I went to pick up the panels & told the owner since I prepaid for the 6 panels I would take those & pay for the remainder in a few days. The owner said no that they don’t do partial orders. I explained to her my receipt said 6 panels. They changed the original order after they realized their counting error. So why can’t I get the panels I paid for? Needless to say her attitude was less than desirable. I would not recommend!

Brought in a suit jacket for cleaning and removing a small spot. After a week, the spot was still there but the owner told me I hadn't made it clear that I wanted the spot removed. I left it with them for another week and whatever chemical they tried on the spot changed it from a small spot to a large streak. They didn't acknowledge it or anything, just asked for the credit card. They got their money but lost a customer.

Update 9/20 - responding to owner, absolutely this is the place.

Do not use this place! The alteration was the worst I’ve ever had and way overpriced! Jenny was rude and aggressive when I expressed dissatisfaction. I’ve never had anyone talk to me the way she talked to me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Jenny and Co are awesome. We have really enjoyed working with them as they always remember us and our family. Super personable folks. Dry cleaning and alterations have always been spot on.

Used them to get a stain out of a white jersey I have. They said they couldn't but would try and - lo and behold - they got it out. Very friendly and good sense of humor. Love this place!
