I had zippers replaced on an expensive fishing rain coat and a fleece jacket. The lady was super nice and did a FANTASTIC job! The replacement zippers look identical! The price point was great, and saved me from having to throw away $300 worth of jackets. I'll definitely be back!

I've been a customer for 3-4 years and have had my wool coats, pillow shams, and nice dresses cleaned and clothes hemmed. Their prices are reasonable, service is courteous, and they've never messed up my clothes once! :) If it's a tough stain, the gentleman has been honest and let me know it's difficult but he'll try his best instead of overpromising. Really appreciate the honesty, good service, and care they take with their work.

Always had a great experience here. Brought maybe vintage clothes here a dozen times and maybe only once did they not fully get a stain out. Keep in mind some of these stains have been on the clothes for years. I would trust them with your drycleaning

They were polite, quick, and did not ask via an online platform for any unnecessary information, tips, etc. In addition, not only did they explain military uniforms are free, they also completed the order within 24 hrs! Paid $21 for 3 dress shirts and a 2 piece suit to be cleaned which isn’t terrible for a good job. This place was far from that though. Ruined the collar for 2 of my shirts and and the sleeves looked like they were left un-ironed. The suit looks ok so you guys deserved one star.

I brought my suit to Kinser Cleaners (owned by Crosstown Cleaners) expecting the same service I’ve received for the last 5 years. When I picked up my suit, it had holes in it that were not there before. I brought it back to address the issue, and the owner immediately started screaming at me, calling me a liar and saying I’m trying to deceive her. When I took a photo of my clothes and the owner inside the store, she escalated further and called the cops on me! The cops showed up, listed to what happened, and basically told me to find another dry cleaner. This is 100% the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely unprofessional and bizarre way to treat your local customers.

They do alterations too!! The owner did such a good job with altering my bridesmaid dress. She was patient and listened very carefully to what my concerns with the dress were. After alteration, it fits me like it was custom made for me. I feel amazing in it. Thank you!!

They did an excellent job cleaning 20 items in a timely manner. They were actually done before the scheduled pickup and text me to let me know they were complete. They did a fantastic job at the going rate. Everything is fresh, clean and crispy. Excellent Communication, I will be back.

They are a fine cleaner (effective and reliable) for general bulk dry cleaning but I was turned away for requesting individualized attention (special care for a stain, special care for fragile M.O.P. buttons, and for my blazers to be pressed with the lapels unfolded so as to maintain the lapel roll and not set the crease). I guess that’s somewhat picky or “extra” but it also seems like a string of requests that are common and reasonable. I tried to work through it with patience and kindness but the owner asked me to leave, instead. That will have to be ok. Now I need to find a new dry cleaner.

I took a white Jordan jump suit into Spring Dry Cleaners that had hung in a closet exposed to heavy ciggarette smoke for a YEAR.... It was no longer white.. It was very badly stained yellow from the ciggarette smoke. The gentleman that I spoke with was very proffessional and although he advised me he could not guarentee he could fully remove the stains, I fully understood that as it was very bad! But for the cost our the outfit that had never been worn it was worth trying at least. The cost was very affordable I was shocked honestly, under $15. I just went and picked it up today and I cannot believe it!!! It is as white as it was when it was bought! I highly recommend them to anyone in desperate need of a high quality, affordable dry cleaner!

Clean and quiet laundry mat. Downfall is their prices, dryer heat is turned down by the owner, so even on high heat it's medium. Took $3 to dry socks and unslderwear, took $5+ to dry a very thin blanket and sheet. Will not return or recommend to anyone due to prices.

Nice and clean.  Quiet atmosphere.  Large washers can be operated with a debit card.  Only issue are the employees that smoke outside.  When I'm sitting in my car, waiting on laundry, I really don't want to smell the cigarette smoke.

I like going to this laundry facility because it is a well managed business, with that being said this evening the lady that worked tonight was just being a little too much to the customers. Following people around with the vacuum while they are doing laundry complaining they have dirt on their shoes and complaining how construction workers always come in after work and have dirty shoes, but the sign clearly states that we are not aloud to take our shoes off and you would look insane trying to sweep the sidewalk and parking lot out front. Than she kept walking around telling people were they could stand or put their baskets out literally moving people's stuff around. The 30 pound dryers we were told we had to split 1 small load from the washer into several different dryers or they wouldn't work but in reality the dryers are not heating up like they did before what usually takes me 50 cents to dry took me double the time and money in several different dryers. I am just really hoping I don't run into the same lady working when I go next time and the dryers needs to be fixed wasting money just like at the run down laundry facilities in town now too

I dropped my laundry off here at 7:15 pm but had to leave to run an errand, left and came back at 7:54 pm (the sign says no entry after 8pm) but was locked out with all my laundry in there. Called several times and no one is there. Now my clothes are going to sit overnight and I have to wake up early to make sure that nothing happens to them. Mind you they’re still technically supposed to be open for another hour and a half…. Ridiculous

The supervisor here is just wonderful! Very patient and helpful.

The facility is clean and there are lots of machines of different sizes.

I had two giants loads and was able to do them side by side very quickly.

The dryers are excellent too

I'd give it 5 stars if there was wifi and some tables. I like to do homework while I wait and there isn't really a place or means to do that here. That being said, the prices are fair and my clothes are washed so I don't have many complaints.

Everything is clean and working well. We came for the first time to wash comforters and needed help. Karla the attendant was wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful. While waiting for the laundry there we saw her cleaning machines, watching all of the working ones, greeting and helping customers. It looks like she enjoys it! Very good experience. We will be back.

I would not recommend this laundromat.

First, they ran out of quarters for their machines when we were mid wash. One of their coin machines isn't even operational and the other just turned off. Being that it was a Sunday this made getting quarters a fiasco as the banks are closed and the local stores didn't have enough to go around.

Second, one of the dryers never actually dried our clothes. We wasted money and still ended up with a load of wet laundry.
To make things worse, as we were unloading the damp clothes, the employee walked over unprompted and said, “well, the dryer was far too full and the door was left open,” then muttered “far too full” again while walking away. Not only was that inaccurate (the dryer wasn’t overstuffed, and the door was closed when we left at least), but it was also dismissive and unhelpful.

Between poor equipment, lack of quarters, and unprofessional customer service, this was a very frustrating experience.

I give it 2 stars because technically the clothes at least got washed.

This has been my laundromat for years and I have no complaints. The machines are well-maintained and the staff is so kind. Highly recommend!

Very well kept laundromat! Someone was cleaning, and checking up on things while we did our laundry.  The only complaint would be temperature, it was very warm, but other then that was a very nice place to do our laundry! We used their 50lb capacity washer for $7.00, and 50lb capacity dryers for $.25 for 4 minutes. Would do my laundry here again. 😊

This laundromat is going downhill . I put my clothes in two washers and one didn't wash and the other one did not drain on the spin cycle and my clothes were soaked so I had to put them in another washer to get them properly washed and spun. Lost 12$ . If you're not going to have an attendant on duty at least have a working phone number we can contact you at. And the bathroom door is locked. Do better.

We went yesterday to drop off laundry to wash and dry.  There were no workers around and one of the regular customers said workers are rarely there.  We even knocked on the office door which had no sign about when (if) someone would return. This customer also said one person had dropped off laundry and was told to pick it up the next day and when they came no one was there.  So, we took our business to the 17th Street laundromat and gladly gave them our $70 worth of business.

Great service, never been disappointed when I got my clothes back. Example on price, a 2 piece suit dry cleaning was about 11.50 and some sewing on the suit was 10.00. Not the cheapest but quality is the best imho. Been using them for over 5 years.

Extremely overpriced! I will NOT be returning to this dry cleaner since there are so many other places in Bloomington that I’m hoping are more reasonably priced. They also took longer than I expected to have my clothes ready. I’m used to much cheaper and much faster dry cleaning services and hopefully I can find that at another dry cleaner in Bloomington.

They do a great job, never a wait, and my clothes don't get thrashed like they have at other places (Bloomington Cleaners). They seem to use minimal chemicals as well, which is always good. I couldn't find a decent place in Btown, and believe I finally have. Very pleased.

DO NOT GO HERE! I dropped off my brand new Charles Twyitt shirts here a few weeks ago to be pressed. When I received them, I saw the press was decent, but when I looked more closely at one of the shirts, I noticed a stain on the back, under the collar. I immediately asked the receptionist, and he told me it was strange and that this usually doesn't happen. I asked him to direct me to the manager, and he said she was not there (convenient). He gave me a phone number to call, and I was met with a rude lady who told me they don't create stains and that it was there before. I told her that the shirts were brand new, and I was met with rude yelling. She told me I can bring them back to be cleaned "again" for a surcharge, and I told her that I would like it fixed for free. She started screaming and hung up on me immediately! SO RUDE. I have never been to a dry cleaner's where the clothes came back dirtier than when I sent them in. Stay safe and don't go here!

Service was fairly quick, I had a suit jacket and pants, as well as a dress shirt and a jersey dry cleaned and it took them 3 days. It cost just around $20 for all of, so a little pricey but it is what it is. They don’t list their pricing online which is very strange especially considering they have their services posted.  What really got me was the jersey I had dry cleaned.  I had an authentic MLB All-Star jersey dry cleaned by Kinser. I have all my authentic jerseys dry cleaned and I’ve never had a problem. But unfortunately Kinser was unable to not only successfully clean the jersey, but they were unable to keep the jersey intact.  All of what I describe also has an image in my review.  When I received the jersey back, there is a stain still on the lettering on the back of the jersey.  There are also a number of loose threads on the lettering which were not there when I dropped off the jersey.  Not only was the stitching tampered with, but the patches were wrinkled.  This is something which is extremely frustrating and I have never experienced this before when having my jerseys dry cleaned. All of the logos, lettering, and numbering is wrinkled (all sewn on logos and letters to authentic jerseys should be wrinkle free).  The pictures I have of the issues do not do much justice because the jersey looks worse in person.  I would most definitely NOT recommend Kinser Cleaners & Launderers!!!
