I brought my suit to Kinser Cleaners (owned by Crosstown Cleaners) expecting the same service I’ve received for the last 5 years. When I picked up my suit, it had holes in it that were not there before. I brought it back to address the issue, and the owner immediately started screaming at me, calling me a liar and saying I’m trying to deceive her. When I took a photo of my clothes and the owner inside the store, she escalated further and called the cops on me! The cops showed up, listed to what happened, and basically told me to find another dry cleaner. This is 100% the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely unprofessional and bizarre way to treat your local customers.

They do alterations too!! The owner did such a good job with altering my bridesmaid dress. She was patient and listened very carefully to what my concerns with the dress were. After alteration, it fits me like it was custom made for me. I feel amazing in it. Thank you!!

I wanted to write to share what an amazing talent Sunny( owner) is at alterations at Crosstown Cleaners .My son recently was married .I had my dress but needed to have some detailed alterations done .She not only gave me her advice and suggestions on how she would proceed with it ,she did an impeccable job implementing them .The dress was very special to me and there was no back up if something did not turn out .I am so appreciative of her hard work and felt she needed to be recognized for her talents. DO NOT GO HERE! I dropped off my brand new Charles Twyitt shirts here a few weeks ago to be pressed. When I received them, I saw the press was decent, but when I looked more closely at one of the shirts, I noticed a stain on the back, under the collar. I immediately asked the receptionist, and he told me it was strange and that this usually doesn't happen. I asked him to direct me to the manager, and he said she was not there (convenient). He gave me a phone number to call, and I was met with a rude lady who told me they don't create stains and that it was there before. I told her that the shirts were brand new, and I was met with rude yelling. She told me I can bring them back to be cleaned "again" for a surcharge, and I told her that I would like it fixed for free. She started screaming and hung up on me immediately! SO RUDE. I have never been to a dry cleaner's where the clothes came back dirtier than when I sent them in. Stay safe and don't go here!

Service was fairly quick, I had a suit jacket and pants, as well as a dress shirt and a jersey dry cleaned and it took them 3 days. It cost just around $20 for all of, so a little pricey but it is what it is. They don’t list their pricing online which is very strange especially considering they have their services posted.  What really got me was the jersey I had dry cleaned.  I had an authentic MLB All-Star jersey dry cleaned by Kinser. I have all my authentic jerseys dry cleaned and I’ve never had a problem. But unfortunately Kinser was unable to not only successfully clean the jersey, but they were unable to keep the jersey intact.  All of what I describe also has an image in my review.  When I received the jersey back, there is a stain still on the lettering on the back of the jersey.  There are also a number of loose threads on the lettering which were not there when I dropped off the jersey.  Not only was the stitching tampered with, but the patches were wrinkled.  This is something which is extremely frustrating and I have never experienced this before when having my jerseys dry cleaned. All of the logos, lettering, and numbering is wrinkled (all sewn on logos and letters to authentic jerseys should be wrinkle free).  The pictures I have of the issues do not do much justice because the jersey looks worse in person.  I would most definitely NOT recommend Kinser Cleaners & Launderers!!!

I brought my winter coat here, and they did an amazing job! It looked like new when I picked it up. I was away for the whole summer, and they kindly kept it safe for me the entire time. Really appreciate their great service and care. Thank you so much!

The staff at the dry cleaners were friendly, and I was especially pleased with how clean the clothes were and the quality of the ironing. I highly recommend this place.
