Wow, the most rude interaction I've had with a business. I call to ask about my water damaged carpet, the person on the phone says we don't do that and hangs up. It's even one of the listed  services on their website

Did not finish the job, waited until I made a credit card dispute to reach out to reschedule, horrible experience

Technician Dwayne did a great job. Very pleased with results. At first I was skeptical about the stains coming out of carpet. After Dwayne finished the cleaning, carpet looks like new. Maybe one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

I'm moving across the country but staying with my parents for a weeks in Greenwood, and needed to get a vintage puffer vest dry cleaned. A seemingly easy job, I brought it to Milto, as they've been around a long time and should know what to do.

It came back to me ruined. It looked someone dragged a knife over it several times.

When I came back to the store, there was no manager there, so they told me they would call me. I get two separate calls from presumably a manager named Mona (she never said who she was) to tell me they would first have to "send it to the back" to be inspected and on the second call, told me they would reimburse me for the service but would keep the vest for insurance purposes.

This wasn't even about the money, it was about principle. At no point in this process (of three additional touchpoints on top of the original service) did anyone apologize or acknowledge any wrongdoing.

Just wanting my garment back, I told her that they were not keeping the vest, that I didn't want the money, and that I would be writing a review. She quickly changed her tune and kept trying to talk over me, so I hung up.

She called me right back, asked when I would like to pick it up, and said they would give me a $20 appearance fee, then hung up the phone on me (LOL).

When I got there, a sweet young woman returned the vest to me and let me know they were refunding me the $24 for the service.

I grew up in Greenwood and know how miserable and bitter some people are here. Apparently they sit behind the desk at Milto now.

The customer service at this establishment leaves much to be desired. This was my first visit and not sure that I'll be returning. The quality of the cleaning seems great but this location isn't the only Milto in town. My recommendation would be to be more personable when people enter your establishment. Hello! How are you? How can I help you? Simple greetings can go along way!

They are great! When I send in an order it comes back quickly and if there were stains on the tablecloths they are gone when returned. The driver is very nice and polite. If they are not sure what we are wanting they call us so it is done correctly.

My down duvet was serviced well with no damage or shrinkage. Quick turn around of two days. I have not had any bad experiences with their services and will continue to use them. They provide bags to place your laundry in and return it in a suitable laundry bag. Their system is easy to use and the texting services are convenient.

We gave them our daughter’s 30 year old wedding dress with smoke damage.  They saved it!  It looks like new again!  We are so grateful they could restore this beautiful gown.  We highly recommend this cleaners for all of your dry cleaning!

Absolutely phenomenal !!! I had a pair of small pillows that were my grandmothers had not been cleaned for ever. They were at least 70 years old. And they came out like new. I was so pleased and would recommend anyone who has older things they want to preserve. I would definitely take them here. Thank you so much for restoring my precious memory.

I brought in 2 vintage dresses to be cleaned before I stored them.  One was a late 60’s prom dress and one was a late 80’s flower girl dress. They did a wonderful job.

Extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend using Miltos to everyone. I dropped off 2 different items to be cleaned and I received the first item almost a week early. Great company!

They’re pretty good for dress pants and shirts. But not the best option for coats. Had them redo and still came back the same with a lot of lint.

I’ve been getting my dry cleaning done by this family-owned business for 15 years. He’s a wonderful man and my kids went to school with his. Always done well, always a good price, always a great conversation.

I trusted them with my wedding dress and they did a wonderful job. Quick and thorough. Even helped me get it to the car and made sure it laid the right way for transportation. So nice! Love the customer service. Highly recommend.

I took my wedding dress to D Cleaners to get steamed the week before my wedding. I was worried about transporting it after with the crepe material wrinkling easily and the train. He had it hanging perfectly in the bag and helped us get it into the vehicle as well! Very friendly also.

They will be so kind until you have some issues with your clothes( burnt, stain,etc..). They ruined my newly bought pant but didn't let me know. When I took it back to them the owner and I were arguing for about 10 minutes. He said to me," If you don't like us don't come to us, if you are not satisfied with us, you can sue us." This is what I found out, they don't respect customers and don't take responsible for what they did wrong to customers' clothings.

Only place I could find on X-Mas Eve to actually do laundry that answered the phone and had actual hours posted!!! All the dryers and washers my wife and I used were great. Great atmosphere and great people here today!!!! Have full vending machines and a Toy House game for the kids. Great experience. Bathrooms clean and in working condition. I LOVED MY XMAS EVE HERE WITH MY WIFE!!!!! All prices of loads are listed in the photos and soap is available. SEE PICS!

No ceiling fans on and it's 82 degrees doors open and no air you will sit in your car , due to 6 chairs and it's 98 degrees inside.....dirt and rocks in washers and the price up if washer is 3.00 and you select heavy load or extra soiled the price goes up .50 cents and 4 min per quarter in dry is ridiculous.  This is nasty not clean no air and Noone there to help if issues. I wouldn't go back ever.

I had to go here the other day. 12 of the small washers had cloths Just sitting in them. Six of the big washers had clothes Just sitting in them and 10 of the dryers had clothes just sitting in them. The place is just dirty. Plies of abandoned clothes behind the counter and another pile in the corner. One washer was leaking and flooded the floor.

Decent little laundromat. It's not overly clean but better than a lot of other ones. I've never seen any workers, so I can't speak on that, but the laundromat itself is good and not a lot of broken-down machines.

This place is so disgusting.
The resting table, gross, the washing machine soap depository filthy, the restroom omg!!!!!! Most gross in the world. Giant washers are $7.50 for 25 min wash.
The next size down $5.50.

The bigger dryers are $.25 for 4 min , it took 6 quarters to dry 3 blankets.
The next size down are $.25 for 6 min.

It does have vending machines for snacks.
