Maybe one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

I'm moving across the country but staying with my parents for a weeks in Greenwood, and needed to get a vintage puffer vest dry cleaned. A seemingly easy job, I brought it to Milto, as they've been around a long time and should know what to do.

It came back to me ruined. It looked someone dragged a knife over it several times.

When I came back to the store, there was no manager there, so they told me they would call me. I get two separate calls from presumably a manager named Mona (she never said who she was) to tell me they would first have to "send it to the back" to be inspected and on the second call, told me they would reimburse me for the service but would keep the vest for insurance purposes.

This wasn't even about the money, it was about principle. At no point in this process (of three additional touchpoints on top of the original service) did anyone apologize or acknowledge any wrongdoing.

Just wanting my garment back, I told her that they were not keeping the vest, that I didn't want the money, and that I would be writing a review. She quickly changed her tune and kept trying to talk over me, so I hung up.

She called me right back, asked when I would like to pick it up, and said they would give me a $20 appearance fee, then hung up the phone on me (LOL).

When I got there, a sweet young woman returned the vest to me and let me know they were refunding me the $24 for the service.

I grew up in Greenwood and know how miserable and bitter some people are here. Apparently they sit behind the desk at Milto now.

ABYSMAL customer service at Milto. Go anywhere else.

The customer service at this establishment leaves much to be desired. This was my first visit and not sure that I'll be returning. The quality of the cleaning seems great but this location isn't the only Milto in town. My recommendation would be to be more personable when people enter your establishment. Hello! How are you? How can I help you? Simple greetings can go along way!

They are great! When I send in an order it comes back quickly and if there were stains on the tablecloths they are gone when returned. The driver is very nice and polite. If they are not sure what we are wanting they call us so it is done correctly.

My down duvet was serviced well with no damage or shrinkage. Quick turn around of two days. I have not had any bad experiences with their services and will continue to use them. They provide bags to place your laundry in and return it in a suitable laundry bag. Their system is easy to use and the texting services are convenient.

We gave them our daughter’s 30 year old wedding dress with smoke damage.  They saved it!  It looks like new again!  We are so grateful they could restore this beautiful gown.  We highly recommend this cleaners for all of your dry cleaning!

First time at a laundry mat! Very happy we came here! This place is big, clean, safe, and friendly! Shout out to the worker Leslie to explain to us how to do our laundry! There are a couple machines to make change. These machines are SO nice and clean very well! There are many machines so you wont have to worry about not having to wait! There are snack and a TV to wait. Many seats are available as well! Really great laundry mat. Will be coming back for bigger items! Thank you for being great for the community

My fiance and myself usually come here weekly or every other week. For the most part we always have a good experience doing our laundry here. The staff member I believe Leslie is absolutely phenomenal!! She has a great personality and always is extremely helpful and working. On the other hand there is a staff member here young lady who works evenings on Mondays and last night on 1/12 she was there and we had a terrible experience with her. She was extremely rude to us and gave us a hard time because our laundry wasn’t dried completely yet and it was shortly after 9pm. Which we had arrived there around 8:20pm and she told us we were okay to wash and dry just not fold our laundry which we agreed to. After 9pm she became very rude and making comments that made us very uncomfortable and kept steadily working very close to where we were doing laundry and making well known she was frustrated and not too happy with working any longer. Needless to say never have we been or felt so disrespected by an employee who was just not happy to be doing her job. I wish I would have got her name but she works Monday evenings and I will never go back on her shift again. Hopefully nobody else experiences this staff members foul behavior.

Washing/drying was fine. However, the younger white female with a reddish brown hair was rude and disrespectful. She took my daughters money off of a chair, then proceeded to take my daughters chair and move it to the other side of the lobby. We were the only people in the laundromat at the time. Then, as she’s cleaning, she moves my personal belongings without saying a word to me, then had an attitude when it was brought up. It’s very easy to say “excuse me” or wait another 10 minutes until we’re done to wipe off ONE MACHINE that hadn’t been used in the hour we were there.

Update: her name is Tiffany. Apparently there’s no contact info for management either. Hopefully someone sees this review.

They have some of the best staff ever it was at close and I happen to walk in and she let me know there was clothes and I told her even for a second if I could just wash my husband's work clothes and she said you know what sure if you want to use express I'll wait for you and you can get it done. It was the nicest thing anyone has done in a long time specially at a laundromat who's been here all day and ready to go home her name is Leslie and she's so nice. I recommend everyone to go here

The laundry attendant Courtney is very attentive to keeping a clean facility! The entire time at the location she wipe down the tables and the machines 4 to 5 times. Very pleasant and professional!
