Leaking water heater did a lot of damage and had to replace subfloor and hardwood flooring.  Magna-Dry took care of everything;  mitigation, repairs and reconstruction.   I am thrilled with the work they did, and their staff was great to work with.  Highly recommend!

Not only have we benefited from their professional services in the past when our little ones clogged the upstairs toilet with paper and sent a veritable waterfall through our kitchen ceiling (big loud fans for several days that cost a pretty penny but saved us exponentially more), but a couple Magna-Dry guys stepped out of their van today to help me push my vehicle out of a snowdrift. These guys did a great job.  From explaining the process thoroughly during the estimate stage to executing on the cleaning.  Had Brandon and Chase out, who were early, very professional and exceeded our expectations.  Bought an older house with some stubborn wear areas in a couple rooms, they were able to spruce it up.  Would certainly have them to our home again, and will recommend them to others for carpet cleaning.  They charged for the areas they cleaned, not just price per square foot of the whole room.  Very happy.

Had done 2 days ago and this is results.  Chem-dry came back out to re-do and unfortunately did not change the results where there was high traffic.  They did refund my money which I thought was completely fair.

Both technicians were personable and knowledgeable. They were efficient and did a super job. We will use Chem Dry again for our carpet cleaning. Good job.

Calib did a great job on my leather Sofa and loveseat as well as my outdoor cushions. Everything looks brand new now! He was friendly and thorough and really knew How to do his job. I highly recommend his service

Good communication, kind, easy to work with! Unfortunately they weren’t able to remove the first stain in our living room which was the whole reason for the service and so paying $175 for it not to be clean was a big disappointment.

Edited to add that they contacted me and gave me a full refund since they weren’t able to get the stain out. Very much appreciated!!!

I have been going to Vogue Cleaners for years.  Never disappointed.  Just pickup my U.S. Navy issued nylon flight jacket with hood.  They did an excellent job cleaning both the jacket and hood.  Both items look like they were just issued and they were issued 42 years ago.  And they returned my ear plugs exactly like they were when I dropped the items off.
The ladies working there have always been pleasant and efficient.  They know enough to say when they can't clean something and I appreciate that.

Took my wedding dress here to get dry cleaned and preserved. They did a great job at cleaning the dress, but for $350.10, I really feel my dress should’ve been pinned to the box instead of what you can see in the picture. It simply sits in the bottom of the box and doesn’t look good at all.

They destroyed my 600 dollars jacket and never fixed the problem I ended up going home with my leather jacket all messed up, if you have a leather jacket Do not take it to this place

Excellent customer service, quality cleaning and care for the cloths. I’ve had some dirtiest stains to my traditional cloths, got all removed and home delivered my cloth. They are really know their services by the type of  cloth material and what works best for each type. I highly recommend Vogue cleaners to everyone.

I have always had good service here.  They will do some alterations.  I needed some zippers on jackets fixed and even though they didn't do that, they recommended a place to take them.  As for the price: I guess it's pretty standard.
Dry cleaning is a little pricey no matter where you go.

Unprofessional to say the least.  I recently brought 4 brand new dress shirts into TNT to have pressed and heavy starched for my fathers funeral. Not a single shirt was pressed at all(bubbles in the fabric from starch being sprayed on and then left to dry.) 1 shirt left the cleaner with a large brown spot on the front that I can assure you was not there when I removed the packaging from Macy's. So I took pictures of the poorly pressed and stained shirt and left out of town for the funeral. Upon returning I confronted the owner about the services I received and she insinuated that I was lying even though I had pictures to prove the poor service I was provided. I have had my suits and shirts cleaned pressed and starched by Morellis in Indianapolis since 2005 without a single problem and unfortunately I used TNT in a pinch. After arguing with the owner for 10 plus minutes she finally refunded the $12 for my cleaning bill but the $65 shirt is still left stained and ruined. In closing I was unable to wear the green shirt to my Irish fathers funeral and had to properly press and starch my shirts myself. I would highly recommend you stay clear of TNT dry cleaning unless you are prepared to give your money away and have a strong desire to be disrespected with accusations of lying.

The dry cleaning was a B- ; not bad really.. But when I arrived, the credit card machine was not working.  No offers on the part of staff or management to let me write a check or any other alternative.  Being that this place is out of my way and I wasn't interested in making another trip, I had to make an ATM withdrawal from a foreign ATM machine.  I was not happy.  I thought it would have been polite of staff to either offer to take a check or allow me to pay on my next trip - after all, this is their problem, not mine.  Instead, I got hit for $6.00 in extra fees.. I didn't appreciate it at all.  There also didn't seem to be any indication they were calling Tech folks to press the issue, just a sign up saying "Credit Card Machine Down".  When I asked about it, they were like, "yeah, that doggone thing.."  And when I explained I had taken a $6 hit on the deal, they were like "yeah, sorry.."  I won't be returning..

I had been a customer at another cleaners for years. I was shocked when all of my shirts came back with the same stain, in the same spot, on all of my shirts.  That other cleaners lost me as a loyal customer because when I took them to TNT they got the stains out of every single shirt!!  My old cleaners told me I had put those spots in my shirts and that they couldn't get the spots out!! TNT was awesome!!!!!  I'm now their loyal customer!!!

Took my husband's dress uniform in. They trashed our easy grip hangers, pick up a new stain, and lint all of the collar. They did not offer to fix it or anything. Just kept saying nothing we can do and sorry.
