Attendant is very friendly and helpful, and they sell anything you might have forgotten at home. Much better pricing and attitude than nearby competitors. Don't be deceived by appearance, it's nicer on the inside.

Mostly a good place. Most machines work. 3.50+ to wash and dry for .75. no staff on site but are available next door most of the time. Clean facilities but not in the best part of town. My family and I have had no trouble though

It's ok.. only problem is when I went to get change next door the lady told me not to over fill them which is understandable. But when I put $7 in the big washer not even a big load cause all of the other washer were taken up. All it did was spin like it was checking the amount in the washer, never started. So I went back next door to ask the lady and she said we aren't part of that business... Excuse me? I got 40 dollars in change from them next door. Also the lady said not to over fill the washers and also it was the same lady that was sweeping the floor in the laundry mat and also it was the same lady that gavee the change rolled up. Hmm 🤔 but ur saying ur not from this business??? The machine stole $7. Wasn't even worried about getting my money back was trying to let them Kno the machine wasn't working. ANYONE THAT NEEDS TO WASH CLOTHES BE CAREFUL seems pretty sus. Dryers are great tho. Photo is the washer that never started to clean.

Amazing! Brought daughters wedding dress to be cleaned after the wedding. This dress has a shoe print, oil from the street and so much more. Newport brought this dress back to its original state. Yes! The price was affordable and service was on time! Highly recommend Newport cleaners.

I went in, thinking I would get my white oxfords dry cleaned and starched. I got a ticket with one price. I get to the office and they call and tell me that these oxfords were blouses, so I was charged double what the ticket said. I went back to pick up my dry cleaning and this was what I got…a bunch of wrinkled shirts, which I will have to iron before I wear them anywhere respectable. I was in Frankfort working. I picked up my dry cleaning expecting to be able to dress with pristine dry cleaning and definitely didn’t expect to have iron at the price I was charged. This is what I got for double the price.

Lost my nice suit hanger, put bad creases in my suit pants, and still charged me full price. The clerk acted like he didn't care and waited until the last minute to reluctantly offer to redo them for free. I politely declined and said I'd handle it myself. Don't go here!

I just had 3 shirts to clean. Dropped them off Wednesday morning. Was suppose to be ready Friday at 4pm. Show up no shirts. Was told I'd receive a phone call from the plant manger..yeah ok...not going back there ever...pitiful. Owner finally called me left a voice mail saying he's sorry about my service told me he would work on the delivery system so that wouldn't happen again. He also stated he credited me 25$ on my account. An also ask me to take down my review. I went back last Thurs had 4 shirts an one redue that came back the same..also no 25$ credit....I'm good with this place.

Brought in several silk shirts. They kept asking if I wanted starch. I told them no starch, because you shouldn’t use heat on these shirts. Well, they did anyway and now they are all shiny and ruined. One of the shirts even had a tag saying 100% silk that THEY added and they still handled it incorrectly. I loved these shirts. They were like $100 or more each
