Newly renovated and bigger than before. New owner has expanded to include a mega wash and dry room with  6.5 load capacity washers and dryers. Also games and video games, soda and snack machines . A TV to watch in the main laundry, a public bathroom available. Very big upgrade from the other owner .  A change machine and atm is also there . Attendant Amanda has small bottles of detergent and softener and dryer sheets for sale .  Attendant is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience here! We were affected by the flooding along the Kentucky River, and had an absolute mountain of laundry to wash. The owner was kind enough to let us take over an entire row of his machines, and even preloaded the first batch of quarters for us. The facility was clean and up-to-date, only one machine had any trouble and he took care of it quickly. The AC units are set to keep the room pleasantly cool, even with lots of dryers running. No burnt smells from the dried clothes, the mega dryers in the second room are awesome and enormous - very cheap at $3. We were able to process all the clothes for an entire household, family of seven, in 8 hours. Will return whenever we need to! Thanks guys!

The washers are large, but fast and efficient. A huge load is washed in less than 30 mins. There is a coin changer, which is helpful if you’re like me and didn’t expect to have to do laundry in a laundromat! Very friendly here, 10/10 recommend

Only 5 washing machines working. $200 each ain’t bad. Standard top load drum machines. No parking! Bathroom says out of order. Do same maintenance!!!

I have been to other places when my dryers and washer broke. This time my washer broke. This is the cleanest place. Period. It is air conditioned, have change machines, vending machines for snacks, beverages, detergents, bleach, etc. The floor is super clean, and overall pleasant. You only need $2.00 for the washer. I met the owner and she was nice and pleasant as well. The only drawback is parking, but she said there would be more spaces available later.

$2 wash cycle, $1.75 dry cycle. Place is clean. They've got a bathroom and vending machines for snacks and laundry items like detergent and dryer sheets. There are chairs to sit on while you're waiting and folding shelves.

No sign on door as to when last load can go in. One would think 2 hours is enough to finish a load.  Once we put our money in, we find out last load at 8:00 and it was minutes after that.  Owner comes over camera and asks other patrons what cycle the washer is on yet he could have come over the camera when we walked in to let us know.  Or, had proper signage.

We won't be back. Last time we needed to use the restroom and you have to call for a code to access.  That took 30 minutes.   This issue was avoidable all around. Now we'll avoid this place.

Pros: Clean and tidy. Affordable place to do your laundry.

Mostly a good place. Most machines work. 3.50+ to wash and dry for .75. no staff on site but are available next door most of the time. Clean facilities but not in the best part of town. My family and I have had no trouble though

It's ok.. only problem is when I went to get change next door the lady told me not to over fill them which is understandable. But when I put $7 in the big washer not even a big load cause all of the other washer were taken up. All it did was spin like it was checking the amount in the washer, never started. So I went back next door to ask the lady and she said we aren't part of that business... Excuse me? I got 40 dollars in change from them next door. Also the lady said not to over fill the washers and also it was the same lady that was sweeping the floor in the laundry mat and also it was the same lady that gavee the change rolled up. Hmm 🤔 but ur saying ur not from this business??? The machine stole $7. Wasn't even worried about getting my money back was trying to let them Kno the machine wasn't working. Amazing! Brought daughters wedding dress to be cleaned after the wedding. This dress has a shoe print, oil from the street and so much more. Newport brought this dress back to its original state. Yes! The price was affordable and service was on time! Highly recommend Newport cleaners.

I went in, thinking I would get my white oxfords dry cleaned and starched. I got a ticket with one price. I get to the office and they call and tell me that these oxfords were blouses, so I was charged double what the ticket said. I went back to pick up my dry cleaning and this was what I got…a bunch of wrinkled shirts, which I will have to iron before I wear them anywhere respectable. I was in Frankfort working. I picked up my dry cleaning expecting to be able to dress with pristine dry cleaning and definitely didn’t expect to have iron at the price I was charged. This is what I got for double the price.

Lost my nice suit hanger, put bad creases in my suit pants, and still charged me full price. The clerk acted like he didn't care and waited until the last minute to reluctantly offer to redo them for free. I politely declined and said I'd handle it myself. Don't go here!

I just had 3 shirts to clean. Dropped them off Wednesday morning. Was suppose to be ready Friday at 4pm. Show up no shirts. Was told I'd receive a phone call from the plant manger..yeah ok...not going back there ever...pitiful. He also stated he credited me 25$ on my account. An also ask me to take down my review. Brought in several silk shirts. They kept asking if I wanted starch. I told them no starch, because you shouldn’t use heat on these shirts. Well, they did anyway and now they are all shiny and ruined. One of the shirts even had a tag saying 100% silk that THEY added and they still handled it incorrectly. I loved these shirts.
