Machines held my laundry hostage as they did not work correctly, not enough dryers, over crowded. One patron had 3 dryers, which isn't a problem but all the dryers were finished and full and I had wet laundry and waited almost 20 minutes for her to empty them. I asked the attendant , who was nice and helpful, if she could empty them so I could get mine at least dried and the other patron gave her a hard time about her full, cycle complete dryers being emptied. Try another laundromat if this one is on your list of options.

If ONLY I could give zero stars. The attendant is nice and the place is clean, so there is that. But last month I forgot to bring my money with me and realized when I pulled up. All I had on me was a twenty and they don't have change for that large of bills. I used the debit card option and swiped for .75 cents. I checked my account on my phone and realized they took out 14.50. This was for .75 just to dry a few articles of clothing. The attendant told me it would balance out but I requested a phone number just in case. Two calls to this company being reassured the charge would be .75 and its still 14.50. I went to their website and used their contact form to complain and haven't heard back from them. Granted I can go back and still use their service with coins but the way they show no concern for ripping their customers off, Id rather hang my clothes in the shower if need be. And besides there is a nice remodeled laundromat down the road. And the bottom of my car wont scrape the road when I pull out of that one.

It's very clean to be a laundry mat which is a huge plus for me and the card deal once I got the hang of it I like also. But some that's there looks a bit shady an acts also. But it's not pqcked with people and they have a area for kids which is a plus the employees they could be more helpful an all but some just don't have the public attitude when they should have when working with the public

I haven't been to a laundromat in decades but I'm on the road for work and needed to wash some clothes. The staff was quite friendly and educated me on how to use their equipment. They're about as Covid safe as any other local places I've visited. Would I go back?, sure.

Clean and friendly staff. Plenty of machines available and prices not terribly steep for machines. Most definitely worth one's while to walk to Ollie's discount store to get detergent and such though. Just right around the corner in shopping plaza.

Nice clean laundry mat. Easy to get in even though it was a weekend. There is a little play area for the kids while you wait. The second shift attendant was super helpful and very nice even though she was super busy. Liz your doing a great job for just being there 5 days. OMG, YOU WILL NEVER GUESS WHAT HAPPEN!!!!! I forgot my wallet inside the place and what happen??? I was in the parking lot when I heard sir, sir, your wallet. I reach for mine, it was gone and this lady was reaching my wallet to me and I was so relieved. She was the worker inside. Honesty , love it. I will make this my weekend wash place.  And BTW, the washer and dryers were exceptionally great.

This laundromat is super super clean!!! The washing machine were clear of hair and dirt. Dryers were clean as well! Bathrooms were clean as well as the up keep. The lady attendant on site was very helpful and very nice as well! Will be attending this facility again!

I love the people that work here. They have no control over the thermostat.  It feels better outside. I have health issues that extreme heat or cold exacerbates. I can't come back. These people shouldn't have to work here

She is never too busy to answer my questions or help me in any way she can. She never laughs at my problems with cleaning stuff because I am a man. And she is just a very sweet nice lady. This is my second time taking my husbands suits and jackets there and both time I’m not just disappointed but really upset. The jackets look like they have been chewed up. The first visit the suit pants were pressed wrong and it took me forever to restore them by washing it and ironing it myself and its horrible when you have indentations and pressed pockets seen on the outside of the jacket that you can’t really fix because the material on the outside have been pressed so hard that it looks like the material has been pretty much set to stay like this because of the heat. Now my white jacket looks like it’s been thrown in the wash and taken out with wrong water temperatures and have not been pressed at all. It looks like it’s been chewed up and the lining inside seems too big because the jacket has shrunk. The smudges that I have on it did not come out. It just looks like they were not touched or cleaned at all. I’m so disappointed. I was thinking of letting them redo it, but this is the second time in a row they will destroy it more. Looks like saving some time came out to be expensive for me and it cost me two suits and my jacket. wherever they send them out to clean it’s horrible and they do a horrible job. I do not recommend it. Because if there’s no visible spots on them like on a black suit, they will not even wash it. They will just press it at the front and leave out the sleeves which still leaves, the under arm area not fresh. That’s too bad if you have been add an event like outside wedding and had your suit on. I brought everything in in better shape than I got it back.

We have been going to Newport Cleaners for  years and have loved it however they must be under new ownership. The lady who is there daily is completely rude and seems put out to do her job. We won’t be back as long as she is working there.

Less than 2 hours after I posted a review on Newport Cleaners in Brannon Crossing, the owner, Jordan McCoy, called me to say the problem (employee not wearing a mask) had been handled. I was very impressed that he stayed on top of the reviews, and that he took the time to call me personally. I will have no problem going back into the store and feeling safe. Thank you so much Mr McCoy for handling this so promptly and professionally.

Dropped off clothes to be steamed and pressed this Monday and a pant to be hemmed up an inch. Was promised Friday pickup after 3 pm. Arrived Saturday to be told the pants were not altered or cleaned despite them acknowledging the Friday pickup time. They called the owner who simply stated she didnt do them. So I gave 2 options: complete the alteration this week for free as reciprocity for lying to me this week OR give me the pants back and lose my business. They chose to lose the business. Picked up $40 worth of cleaning for the last time here and they lost out on several hundred more by not completing a $12 hem in a weeks time. Friends, Family and I will not use as they are undependable.

Update - Jordan the business owner reached out and credited my account $25. Nice guy and apologetic. Returned and hem completed satisfactorily. However, clerk returned clothes to me with one piece missing. After a minute finds tag on clothes saying they miscounted and credited my account the $4.50 difference. Except that I and the clerk at check-in both counted the items? Additionally, clothes returned don't look washed at all? Smell clean but some easy to remove stains still present (ie milk droplets on shirt). Upped to 2 star due to owner effort.
