5 stars thanks to Emily. She’s the most attentive worker there. She pays attention and she cares. She’s the only one who calls me when my order is ready and I’ve never had a bad experience as long as she’s there! She communicates is thorough and is never rude or dismissive.

This has been the second time I have gone to this laundromat and all the washers are utilized by the staff for the drop off customers. Not only do I have to wait for a washer to become available but I have to track down an employee to remove the laundry. I guess I need to start bringing gloves to remove customers’ laundry in order for a machine to become available. How would the drop off customers feel about random people touching their laundry?  I would think a facility such as this would have a set of washers dedicated for drop off customers’ clothing. Hopefully, the third time I go I will not run into this issue.

Extremely inconvenient. The fabric softener part is backed in all 3 of the washers I used. Very pricey. Never again. The only reason why I came here was because it's not busy. Now I know.

I don't normally write reviews but wanted to share my experiences. When this laundromat first opened it was great. It was new, kept very clean, and the staff was friendly. Since then it has gone downhill steadily. Many times when you come in it is difficult to find open washers or drivers because they are being used by the staff here. Laundry carts are at a minimum it's almost like take a ticket and wait your turn. Now they are locking the bathrooms so if a staff member is not here you cannot use the bathrooms.
I had put money into a dryer that was not registering the money I added. When I contacted them to alert them they thanked me for letting them know but no offer to reimburse me was made.
The staff here are nice enough but they are not keeping it as clean as they once did.
This started out as a great new laundromat but has gone downhill quickly the way they are running it now is a good way to lose the customers they started to bring in. We will start looking for other laundromats to use if changes are not made quickly.  Please invest a few dollars and purchase some more laundry cards and start unlocking your bathrooms.

Brought my jacket into Renssi after the zipper got stuck. I had originally brought the jacket to a dry cleaner closer to my work and was told the job would be $40+ dollars to replace the zipper. I decided to try Renssi and see if they could do better. The woman at the counter told me the seamstress wasn't available but she would look at it as soon as she got in and let me know if it could be repaired or if it had to be replaced. The seamstress was able to repair the zipper and it cost me $8. I am very happy with the service, professionalism, and the job that was done. Highly recommend.

One of the washers wasn’t working and we lost $7 in it. There was no one to ask about it, which wasn’t really surprising given that it was 9pm. Tried to call to see what to do, but there was no way to leave a message. It’s our first time here and I’m not sure we’ll be back.

I was in town for work and unfortunately it was Easter.i needed to do laundry so why not do it on Easter. The gentleman named George (the owner I believe) came up to me and started talking to me. I must say he is one of the most genuinely kindest people I've come across in a very long time. He did everything to make sure that I was okay and my services were working properly. This place is clean and well taken care of. I deeply appreciate your kindness. You went out of your way and made my Easter away from my son and family a good one even if I was doing my laundry.

Designer green dress went missing. They say they don't know where it is. Ok, fine, things happen. Unfortunate, but I chalked it up to a 1-off. Fiance drops off more clothing items. 1 light pink dress has a very visible yellow-brown stain across the chest. 1, flower-pattern, faux-wrap dress has a tear! Vertical tear on the inside wrap. Trash, unusable. Lastly, a jumper, who's length touched the floor when I dropped off, is now to my ankles. All 3 in the same batch of clothes for pick-up. I'm dumbfounded. Will never give them another article of clothing again. I want my green dress back!

Zero stars if I could. They guy made me come back 3 different times today to finally tell me that the person doing the dresses does not work today. I needed my dress back for tomorrow. They had promised it would be done on Saturday (today). Place should be shut down and I hope they know if they do not have my dress back next week they will owe me the $250 I paid for the dr as.

I've gone there twice. On both occasions my suit look like it had never been cleaned it still had the same little spots it had when it went in and did not look like it had been pressed. Was so happy to have a dry cleaners right near my new address.
Brought 72.00 worth of work pants (12 pairs) for my fiance on our first visit.
I thought my fiance paid at drop off.  I asked if it was all set and paid for and the woman told me no.  So I apologized for thinking he prepaid I left the pants there and ran to get my wallet from my car.  I paid and thanked her with a smile.
She curled her lip at me and got very rude due to my error thinking my fiance paid.  She wouldn't engage in conversation or did not thank me for my business after I thanked her twice.
I will drive a little further and use Renssi Cleaners from now on.  They are friendly and curtious everythime.
