Tracy and Jeff did a great job with the hardwood floors in our new house. They were able to steam clean out the strong pet odors and get the floor looking clean again. It was like night and day after they finished. The floors were clean, no water residue at all. Very pleased with the work they did. I should have taken a picture of the sludge sucked out of the floor boards. The house immediately smelled better after they finished.
They were very pleasant to work with, quick and efficient. I'm writing this review months after they did this job. We are fully moved into the house and we are still pleased with the results. We haven't had any pet smells seep up at all. Good work. I recommend.

Jeff and Tracey were amazing. They were early for the appointment, but called to make sure it was okay to come sooner. They cleaned our living room carpet with pet stain removal and the upholstery on our recliner, couch, and loveseat all in two hours. They were professional, kind, and we had great conversation.
