Tracy and Jeff did a great job with the hardwood floors in our new house. They were able to steam clean out the strong pet odors and get the floor looking clean again. It was like night and day after they finished. The floors were clean, no water residue at all. Very pleased with the work they did. I should have taken a picture of the sludge sucked out of the floor boards. The house immediately smelled better after they finished.
They were very pleasant to work with, quick and efficient. I'm writing this review months after they did this job. We are fully moved into the house and we are still pleased with the results. We haven't had any pet smells seep up at all. Good work. I recommend.

Jeff and Tracey were amazing. They were early for the appointment, but called to make sure it was okay to come sooner. They cleaned our living room carpet with pet stain removal and the upholstery on our recliner, couch, and loveseat all in two hours. They were professional, kind, and we had great conversation. I like doing laundry here.  The washers and dryers are very fast.  My only complaint is struggling to get the quarters to stay in the slot. It's a pain and a struggle!!! I wish they would update the coins slots. As for the person complaining about being locked out, it is up to you to make sure you start laundry at least an hour before closing time. You have to plan for wash and dry before closing time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO AWEFUL! I went there at 8:30 and put my stuff by a washer, ran outside to get my $ and some guy locked me out and moved all my stuff to lost and found!! The time for closing said 9!! Then this guy argued with me and was so rude when I knocked at the door saying my stuff was in there!! I almost called the police for theft of my belongings!! Guy said he was the manager😱😳😡🤦

I have been going here for a couple years, but lately the last 2 months they have been very unreliable on the weekends. Today I went back twice because I did not want to wait around. 10am and doors still locked. Sometimes if you wait the guy shows up 30 to 60 minutes late. But this is ridiculous and no way to run a business people are counting on. With work schedules not everyone can just come back another day.
