I believe his name was L.J. Bond and his staff were above and beyond accommodating to me during the loss of my mother. I had a suit of hers that needed cleaning and wasn't sure if the stain on her sleeve would come out. Not only did he get it out, he was very compassionate in his service to me and my family. I don't use cleaners very often but when I need one again I will DEFINITELY be going back to Masters!!! Thank you for all you did and it was greatly appreciated!!! ❤️

Don't know about the problems they had with other customers, but they took great care of my two (2) kilts. Wasn't sure they were going to be able to but they did a terrific job. I'll be taking the rest of them there. Add to it they're conveniently located, good stuff!

I went to another establishment down the street that was recommended by a friend. Their sign advertised One Day service, and I was there in plenty of time - only to be told I was 30 minutes too late in spite of their sign!  When I called Master Cleaners and explained, they were the epitome of professional service and integrity.  My suit was ready in 5 hours as promised. I had a lovely visit with a wonderful human.  It made me wish I lived here so I could patronize Master Cleaners.

The hours are from 7am-7pm today which is Monday. I travelled all the way from the city to pick up my husbands clothes and they were closed by 6pm when I arrived. Very disappointed that we wasted time and gas traveling here all for nothing.

This was the only cleaner who braved the weather to be open in my area. The staff was personable and in a great mood. I haven't recieved my clothing back yet, but they treated me well while dropping off my clothing. That's more than I can say for a few other cleaners in this area.

I had my clothes cleaned here. I paid for next day service but only part of my order was ready the next day. I looked and saw one of my shirts hanging  on the rack. It had a huge stain in it. I asked about it and they said that it  had mistakenly been given to another customer and they had brought it back. I asked about the stain and they said that it must have been there already. I knew the stain had not been there when i brought it in.She said that she had washed it several  times and the stain wouldn't come out.  They were not willing to take responsibility for there actions. A couple days later I noticed an expensive pair of shorts that I had taken in to be washed and dry cleaned had 2 huge detergent stains in them as well. The took them in when I went to pick up the rest of my order and there response was the same. I must have do either. This place is horrible. Do not use them ever.

I take my uniforms there every week.  My uniforms over-all are good.  My pants are creased and my shirts are creased.  I just want my sleeves creased more. I ask for heavy startch but its not quite like I'm use to. I have not brought any of my everyday clothes to the cleaners yet. The staff is pleasant and the cost is just in-between for me. I have been to cleaners that have been cheaper and has done better work, but for now I'm ok until, I find something better.

When I went in to have our drapes cleaned, they were knowledgeable, professional, and understood what I needed. Staten Island Cleaners is a personable vendor that takes the time to do things right.

There's plenty of parking in the plaza with a few disabled spaces.

The ladies who work the counter are the sweetest around but their cleaning processes suck. Every other week buttons from my dress shirts either come up missing or frayed from being laundered. And the most recent, a very expensive dress shirt of mine came back with permanent burn marks on the front part of my shirt tail from their presser.  Clearly, this operation does not care, they take your clothes and rush them through their process without regard and take your money.  There are plenty of other cleaners that are willing to give you more respect for your garments.
