Excellent dry cleaning service that I can't recommend enough. I took my vintage winter jacket in, which had horrible oil stains that I neglected for months. It has real fur and I was concerned about potential damage. They told me they weren't sure that they would be able to make it look perfect but that they could help. I gave it to them for half the price I was expecting and less than a week later it looked as good as new for a  30 year old jacket, as you can see in the pictures. The management and staff are friendly and provide outstanding service every time.

Way more expensive than expected. I guess they did a good and timely job and all that, but so far I haven’t had bad experiences with other dry cleaners either. St. Louis isn’t that expensive of a city, so I’m not sure why this place would cost so much more than my hometown. I also looked up average dry cleaning costs for my items; my findings backed up my sticker shock. So, I would recommend asking about the expected price before you hand over your garments. And if you’re looking for cheaper service on simple items, maybe just go somewhere else. Maybe this place is more worth it with special items? Perhaps I’m spoiled with my hometown dry cleaners, but this place is not particularly speedy either. In my hometown, I just drive up to the window, hand them my garments, tell them my phone number, and then they give me a pick up date and a ticket. It’s so fast and easy. This place took like 10 min both times and I was the only customer there. When I run errands, I want them to go as fast as possible because the fact is that nobody likes running errands. I never used to think dry cleaning was expensive because I would just drop off some tops or bottoms after several wears and it would never be more than $12 per piece, and my dry cleaned pieces were only a small portion of my wardrobe. This time, I dry cleaned some coats and a jumpsuit before storing them, and it was the first time I ever thought, “man, dry cleaning is EXPENSIVE and not worth the hassle.”

Marquard's knows their stuff. Dress shirts (even with yellow collars) come back looking brand new. They can handle tough stains like dried-in red wine and blood. I took clothes there for years and never had anything shrunk or burned. If you take pride in your wardrobe, it's well worth the few extra dollars to have it cared for by professionals.

I really appreciate this place and the people who run it. They've cracked down on all the trespassing and loitering on the property and have hired some really kind laundry attendants. All kinds of people go here too and I like the conversations to be had here. People will also just totally leave you alone if you need it. Their washing machines are nice and thorough and their dryers get my laundry done in 30 minutes or less... but if it doesn't it's still free because you get a free dry when you wash with them!

Check out their laundry services too. I bet it's helpful for individuals with disabilities who can't get in to do their wash-up. Speaking of which the building is accessible and has lots of ADA parking.

My one and ONLY gripe about this place is $2.50 for a soda, but I guess that's par for the course in this economy. Still probably paying less than I would at a convenience store for them so I'm not mad.

Their washing powder is $1.50 per pack and boosts my own laundry soap to get it all super clean.

I I really enjoyed this laundromat easy to make payments to use. The machine is always clean. I’m a driving all the way from Bridgeton over here but for the past few time that I have come over here  have been this guy that is always drunk and tonight he was just worse than before talking to young girls and for some reason he got on my face, hitting his chest and telling me that he works here, pointing out hisshirt and say congratulation

I do not typically do my laundry at laundromats, but I needed to with helping my son. With an overload of a comforter a larger machine was necessary. So on a Friday evening I was at the Delmar Loop Laundry.

Surface parking can be challenging. There are a few businesses in the strip including a Mexican restaurant. I found the lot clean as was the walk up to the door. The business is located just off Washington University campus.

Shockingly they were very busy and the place is huge! However it's all relative as a staff person told me this was not busy. So maybe Friday was a good time. You can bring your own detergent, softener  and dryer sheets. However, if you need to purchase they offer machines with supplies. They also offer drink and snack vending. I believe there were also TV's.

I found the only staff on premises very friendly and helpful. I needed the helpful part. She turned me onto the Dexter Pay App to pay. It was very easy to use and sends notifications on Washing status if you need to step away. The dry is included. Overall I found it to be a super value for their services. Both of my machines worked flawlessly. Delmar Loop can wash and fold your laundry and charge by the pound.

This laundromat is the best one I’ve been to in a long time. Very clean & great washers/dryers.  There’s always this lady cleaning when I come in & wash. Very respectful & helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Came in this morning got here around 6. Wasn’t busy one three other people. Everyone was nice. It’s spacious and appears clean! BUT BEWARE there are roaches and some of the of the washers smelled of mildew. I did not sit at all…Plus in my opinion the washers are expensive starting at 4.25 for an extra extra small load. That being said I dryed some and took the rest home to air dry. I would not come back.

I had a wonderful experience I cut my brand new coat taking it out the box I took it to A Reed Cleaners they got the job done fast and rite at a good price and everyone who I came face to face with greeted me with smiles brighten my day up

Today was not a good. I showed up to pick up my cleaning. The first thing was I noticed that my white shirt still had a ring around the collar. After that I check I checked the remaining order and my white polo was a little too wrinkly. The very rude lady told me all me shirts should be that way since they are large sizes. As I was leaving I kept hearing her talk about me to the other workers in a negative way at that point I decided I didn’t trust her so I went back in and she was totally unprofessional. I took my shirts to another cleaners. After moving here i have had other things cleaned here before with no problems and with my shirt being professionally cleaned and I have always been treated as a valued customer. But after today no way!  Which is too bad I really like yo support businesses in it my neighborhood. I wish I could unload the pictures of my shirts

It was my third time here and I was getting my blazer cleaned. There was a big tear on the inside lining of the jacket and I asked for an estimate to sew it up. They mentioned 20-25 dollars so I declined that and just asked them to clean it. Come time to pick it up the blazer was very neat and the lining all sewed up, and they only charged me 4.75. I am very grateful to them as I am a college student looking for jobs! I will definitely be returning...thank you

This was my first experience with the cleaners and I’m very displeased with the customer service at point of pick up. Very cold and careless customer service reps. I was advised at drop off if extra delinting of my article was required after cleaning it would cost $5, which I advised I was fine with. Upon pick up my coat still had residue from when I pushed up against my car in several spots. When informing both reps, neither showed concern and seemed dismissive. Not a good first experience at all. Now I have to go and purchase a device to remove the lint myself😡 Waste of 9.50!
