The Loop Laundry

I really appreciate this place and the people who run it. They've cracked down on all the trespassing and loitering on the property and have hired some really kind laundry attendants. All kinds of people go here too and I like the conversations to be had here. People will also just totally leave you alone if you need it. Their washing machines are nice and thorough and their dryers get my laundry done in 30 minutes or less... but if it doesn't it's still free because you get a free dry when you wash with them! Check out their laundry services too. I bet it's helpful for individuals with disabilities who can't get in to do their wash-up. Speaking of which the building is accessible and has lots of ADA parking. My one and ONLY gripe about this place is $2.50 for a soda, but I guess that's par for the course in this economy. Still probably paying less than I would at a convenience store for them so I'm not mad. Their washing powder is $1.50 per pack and boosts my own laundry soap to get it all super clean. To staff, thank you for the great place you've all helped to provide!

I I really enjoyed this laundromat easy to make payments to use. The machine is always clean. I’m a driving all the way from Bridgeton over here but for the past few time that I have come over here have been this guy that is always drunk and tonight he was just worse than before talking to young girls and for some reason he got on my face, hitting his chest and telling me that he works here, pointing out hisshirt and say congratulation

I do not typically do my laundry at laundromats, but I needed to with helping my son. With an overload of a comforter a larger machine was necessary. So on a Friday evening I was at the Delmar Loop Laundry. Surface parking can be challenging. There are a few businesses in the strip including a Mexican restaurant. I found the lot clean as was the walk up to the door. The business is located just off Washington University campus. Shockingly they were very busy and the place is huge! However it's all relative as a staff person told me this was not busy. So maybe Friday was a good time. You can bring your own detergent, softener and dryer sheets. However, if you need to purchase they offer machines with supplies. They also offer drink and snack vending. I believe there were also TV's. I found the only staff on premises very friendly and helpful. I needed the helpful part. She turned me onto the Dexter Pay App to pay. It was very easy to use and sends notifications on Washing status if you need to step away. The dry is included. Overall I found it to be a super value for their services. Both of my machines worked flawlessly. Delmar Loop can wash and fold your laundry and charge by the pound. Great experience and would return and recommend.

This laundromat is the best one I’ve been to in a long time. Very clean & great washers/dryers. There’s always this lady cleaning when I come in & wash. Very respectful & helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Came in this morning got here around 6. Wasn’t busy one three other people. Everyone was nice. It’s spacious and appears clean! BUT BEWARE there are roaches and some of the of the washers smelled of mildew. I did not sit at all…Plus in my opinion the washers are expensive starting at 4.25 for an extra extra small load. That being said I dryed some and took the rest home to air dry. I would not come back. 12/4/24 In response to the weird owner that replied. Composition? lol try again. Not my fault you had roaches. I literally took my stuff from the dryer and soldered what I could in my car. Then everything else I dried at home.
