I recently brought in a large order: we had a crayon in the washer/dryer, tried and failed to get it stains out at home, and were hoping it could be dry-cleaned.

Cudney’s called me about the order. They saw the stain, recognized it was crayon (they had a similar experience with their own children), and let me know that the stains would likely stay even after dry cleaning. With that info we agreed it was best I pick my clothes up and save my money.

They could have done the work and tried to charge me. Instead, they proactively communicated and saved me a useless dry cleaning bill. Not only that, but they also noticed the clothes were damp, and offered to hang them for me to ensure they dry. That’s top-notch service!

I already liked Cudney’s. After this experience, I’ll be a lifetime customer. Keep up the great work!

Great quick service! Dropped off a suit, jacket and button down for cleaning on Friday at roughly 3pm. Got the text it was done Monday at 2pm. Their hours are a bit inconvenient if you have a regular schedule but they have a vending machine for your garments so I went in before business hours put in my phone number tapped my card and it put my shirts on a rack and I walked out. It appeared you could do similar for drop offs. They will be my new dry cleaner moving forward. Excellent service and good price (all together ~$53 for 4 garments)

A new customer to Cudley’s Cleaners, on my initial visit I really liked how Gatha took a personal interest in me and actually was hands on showing me how to navigate through your system, and I Loved the way I was notified when ready but especially the 24/7 availability

They are very friendly, nice and patient. I love the lady who work there. However I’m really upset when I see my husband take his over than a hundred dollar shirt back home. I attached a photo here. The sleeves has big wrinkles, which is new. It is the fist time this shirt be washed.  My husband told me the lady said we can iron it ourself again later. But it looks doesn’t can be repaired by wash and iron again.  I would love to go this place for only regular clothes wash because the nice person and convenience position.

Will never go this place, they lie their customer when the first time give it to my husband. They said it can be ironed well. Called Consumer Protection and Federal Trade Commission. Both confirmed the cleaners responsibility. If you have same issue, file a form on FTC.

In addition to their superb quality their automation system is superb and easy to use.  I appreciate being notified when my order is ready for pick up.  Your support for community First Responders and local Honor Guard volunteers is remarkable.

As usual, the attendant was courteous and patient. He had to issue another ticket due to the fact that when I went to pay, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. The same pleasant face was waiting when I returned to pick up the garment. Thank you!

Pros: I use this laundromat when I need to wash large items. Their price is reasonable compared to some others I have tried. And they have extra large capacity washers (so I can wash heavy blankets, washable rugs, etc).
Con: on most recent trip this place was filthy. It may be because their staff leaves on Saturday afternoon (when the cleaner closes), but the laundromat remains open, but not all of this can be attributed to people leaving trash behind. It is also worn down. Cracks in tiles, etc.

Quality company with outstanding service. I had several shirts that needed cleaning and pressing while I was in town from California. I reached out to Cudney’s, got a response within minutes and dropped my shirts off that afternoon. The next day I received a text they were ready!  Clean, beautifully pressed and starched, and hung with care on individual hangers. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you, Cudney’s!!

They recovered a dropped glove for me when I requested help by texting them via the ‘auto’ texts they sent me regarding the dry cleaning order.  A++++

I brought my dress shirt in to be dry cleaned and folded. It was ready earlier than promised and it was properly dry cleaned and pressed for $4.25. However the downside it was not folded -a disappointment as now I had to fold it myself to pack in a suitcase for my trip. Sure not a biggie, but something that I was told it would be mo problem. I was in a hurry and didn't want to deal with the biker dude employee to get it resolved.

Cudney’s Laundry automated dry cleaning service is superb! While out on errands, garment pick up was so smart and easy.’ Guests enter the retrieval area and enter their password.  The system then mechanically moves the garment(s) around to the retrieval window. Once payment is completed by card or inserting cash, the transaction is completed and the window opens to take your item(s). Such an easy and expeditious process. Thank you Cudney’s!

This is a fully automated self-serve dry cleaning shop - and it really is amazing.  Very easy to use both dropping off and picking up.  Had no idea something like this was available.  Quick service and my item came out clean, pressed and thoughtfully packaged.  Will definitely use again!

Amazing service!!! I brought in approximately 50 bags of laundry.
Each bag needed to be washed separately so they could be returned to the proper person.
Nino is meticulous with labeling and making sure nothing gets mixed. The job was supposed to be next day but he was able to complete fully the same day.
I was incredibly impressed and happy to find a business that actually wants to do a good job.

I had a luxury handbag that needed repair - zipper seemed broken. The handbag company was going to charge me several hundred dollars to get it repaired. I brought it to Spa Garment Care and within 5 minutes, the kind woman had fixed the issue with no charge! I couldn’t believe it and am very grateful for the professional, honest and prompt service.

I used their service for alteration and for cleaning my fur and leathers respectively. There was a problem with the latter. In this day and age when many businesses are taking advantage of clients by using the excuse of “pandemic” for subpar results, I was more than astounded and deeply grateful for Mr. Tom Nigro’s resolution to our dispute in the cleaning of my white leather 911 Memorial coat. Mr. Nigro was above all, professional, knowledgeable of the leather cleaning process, sympathetic to my situation, and a good businessman. Although we politely agreed to disagree, I was utterly satisfied with the resolve and will be returning to do business at Spa Garment Care and encourage others to do the same.
The cleaning of the reversible fur/leather coat—reasonable; the quality on the work to replace snap hooks to standard hooks of  a fur coat was impeccable, price for work was reasonable. (Picture demonstrates an overall great cleaning job of a white leather ten years old.)

I wouldn’t recommend. Although they were quick to hem my dress, they could have been more helpful when dropping it off and it was incredibly expensive for the getting a dress hemmed and not the best quality I’ve seen.

I brought in 1 pair of shoes and 2 pairs of boots to have the soles replaced. After wearing one pair of the boots only a few times, the sole on the heel cracked, and a piece fell off. I returned to have the heels repaired, but the person helping me could not find my work order. They had my name and phone number, but nothing else. I had to wait many days for the owner to return to look at the boots. The determination was that the soles were plastic, and they do not use plastic. Since they had my contact info and no work order they put my boots back on the shelf for pickup.
I highly recommend that you keep your receipt with everything repaired.

I recently purchased a pair of boots which I grew to quickly love. My rabbit chewed a couple chunks out of the front center of the shaft of the boot, I brought it here.. not thinking they could do much because of the location, fabric, etc. I picked my boot up and they did a fantastic job. The color of the patch is almost identical and it looks amazing. Very sweet ladies too. Also, I thought being in Saratoga it would be pricey and it was very reasonable! Highly recommend.
