I recently brought in a large order: we had a crayon in the washer/dryer, tried and failed to get it stains out at home, and were hoping it could be dry-cleaned.

Cudney’s called me about the order. They saw the stain, recognized it was crayon (they had a similar experience with their own children), and let me know that the stains would likely stay even after dry cleaning. With that info we agreed it was best I pick my clothes up and save my money.

They could have done the work and tried to charge me. Instead, they proactively communicated and saved me a useless dry cleaning bill. Not only that, but they also noticed the clothes were damp, and offered to hang them for me to ensure they dry. That’s top-notch service!

I already liked Cudney’s. After this experience, I’ll be a lifetime customer. Keep up the great work!

Great quick service! Dropped off a suit, jacket and button down for cleaning on Friday at roughly 3pm. Got the text it was done Monday at 2pm. Their hours are a bit inconvenient if you have a regular schedule but they have a vending machine for your garments so I went in before business hours put in my phone number tapped my card and it put my shirts on a rack and I walked out. It appeared you could do similar for drop offs. They will be my new dry cleaner moving forward. Excellent service and good price (all together ~$53 for 4 garments)

A new customer to Cudley’s Cleaners, on my initial visit I really liked how Gatha took a personal interest in me and actually was hands on showing me how to navigate through your system, and I Loved the way I was notified when ready but especially the 24/7 availability

They are very friendly, nice and patient. I love the lady who work there. However I’m really upset when I see my husband take his over than a hundred dollar shirt back home. I attached a photo here. The sleeves has big wrinkles, which is new. It is the fist time this shirt be washed.  My husband told me the lady said we can iron it ourself again later. But it looks doesn’t can be repaired by wash and iron again.  I would love to go this place for only regular clothes wash because the nice person and convenience position.

1.23 I picked it. And the lady said it is BOSS’s defective quality. She said owner emailed me to explained, I never get it. I leave my second email, and never get explanation.
In the end:
Will never go this place, they lie their customer when the first time give it to my husband. They said it can be ironed well. Called Consumer Protection and Federal Trade Commission. Both confirmed the cleaners responsibility. If you have same issue, file a form on FTC.

Great service, quick turnaround, quality work on alterations.  Vending style, self service pickup feature is also great.

I brought my dress shirt in to be dry cleaned and folded. It was ready earlier than promised and it was properly dry cleaned and pressed for $4.25. However the downside it was not folded -a disappointment as now I had to fold it myself to pack in a suitcase for my trip. Sure not a biggie, but something that I was told it would be mo problem. I was in a hurry and didn't want to deal with the biker dude employee to get it resolved.

Cudney’s Laundry automated dry cleaning service is superb! While out on errands, garment pick up was so smart and easy.’ Guests enter the retrieval area and enter their password.  The system then mechanically moves the garment(s) around to the retrieval window. Once payment is completed by card or inserting cash, the transaction is completed and the window opens to take your item(s). Such an easy and expeditious process. Thank you Cudney’s!

This is a fully automated self-serve dry cleaning shop - and it really is amazing.  Very easy to use both dropping off and picking up.  Had no idea something like this was available.  Quick service and my item came out clean, pressed and thoughtfully packaged.  Will definitely use again!

After my initial disappointment with Saratoga Cleaners. They did make things right. Customer Service these days is everything and I'm happy Saratoga Cleaners is one of those businesses that listens to the customers. Awful experience.  In need of a dry cleaning service on a coat of mine,  my partner and I searched in the Saratoga area and stumbled upon this location. On the way there some coffee spilt on my partners coat and we figured we could just leave the coat at the dry cleaners. A mistake ultimately as when we returned to the location there had been damage done on a string on the coat, the aglet missing and the string punctured(which the manager refuses was done by his dry cleaning machine). Frustrated,  my partner tried to reach out to the manager and didn't hear back for two weeks. When we finally got a chance to speak with the manager, he offered a refund for the service but refused to cover the damages done on my partners coat. Ultimately would've been better off if we had just washed the coat ourselves.

They are the best and I have a white Canada goose that look like it had gone through the mud and they got it looking perfectly clean and did not burn it like another local dry cleaner. I also had a client who needed to have a suit fitted on Travers day and they got it done and also steamed another one of my client suits. They are unbelievable, and they are super friendly and accommodating beyond.

Very very rude service and non professional.  Was told my  Polo shirts would be folded and not on a hanger, as per my request.  All returned on a hanger and not even consistent with the care.  Some shirts buttoned some not- one came back same condition - dirty  .  Lady at  desk  even lied to my face when I said I called  twice and said the phone hadn't rang all day? Try others in town...you deserve better as so many other options

Good job but I cannot believe I was charged $60 for 4 small patches on my military uniforms. I have never paid so much for so little services. That's not even including dry cleaning or anything. Ridiculous.
