This service was a gift from God!  Wow, they showed up the day that I called them and started drying out the water damaged flooring in my bathroom.  They were polite, prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and the whole team worked as a well oiled machine to get my house back in order.  Shawn, Ken, Josh and Austin are amazing and I am so thankful that they were the team working on our house.  I will recommend ServPro to everyone I meet because they are the best!

Had a mishap with our washer just after Christmas and it flooded our finished basement.  There was too much water for us to handle ourselves. We called Servpro and had a call back from Mikey in less than 30 minutes to set up a consultation. Mikey got to us ASAP, got the water extracted and set us up with equipment to dry everything out. Super friendly, communicative, professional, and efficient. The Servpro office, Mikey, and his team really came through for us over the holidays!

We had water damage caused by a plastic part on the back of our Whirlpool refrigerator that had snapped off one night after using the water dispenser. A lot of water rushed underneath in a short amount of time, saturated the drywall behind the refrigerator, and made its way into the basement. It was "raining" from the basement ceiling until we were able to reach the refrigerator water line shutoff valve.

The very next day we opened a claim with our homeowner's insurance and SERVPRO was at our home within a couple of hours. The team that took care of our home was awesome! Gross place. Dog hair covering inside of multiple machines. Rusted out fronts allowing soap and water to trickle out onto floor. Other garments left in every machine and on top. Do not suggest doing laundry here.

Overpriced. One of my white garments ended up completely stained a red/brown color. Not sure what was in machine that caused this. I also had a machine eat a few dollars worth of quarters. I sent the owner a text message and he eventually stopped replying to me and refused to refund the money to me. I personally will just go to one of the other laundromats in town in the future because of this. Bad customer service and business from my personal experience.

Sink was broken and dripping but if you don't care about that it's a great place to wash laundry they have a lot of jumbo washers and dryers and it's decently clean. They have a bill exchange machine and provide laundry supplies thru machines as well. Their pricing is decent and my laundry dried fairly quickly.

I love that All of the normal washers and dryers are very new. And work great, The large triple load washers are older. But still good. Can be a little messy sometimes but I still prefer it, they are open later than most of the other laundromats.

Not bad for something I'm not used to not having my own facilities for, not bad at all. Could definitely be worse, but I suppose the extra cost is reasonable in this case, though still not ideal considering my apartment complex has limited access to available machines and we have no space for our own here. So, thanks for being available but please be more clear about the bathrooms, because they were locked despite the signs posted on them that they would not be and that was... inconvenient, to say the least.

I am both an IUP student and member of the us army national guard. Being that this place is close I have brought my uniform here the last 2 years to get it dry cleaned before military events. Two years in a row I have received my pants back somehow more stained, or with new stains. Last year they were able to send them back and have it amended this year the stain takes  up an entire pant leg and with my event being less than a week away there is no time to send them back.
I brought these in for the white stain pictured in the 3rd picture. The stain wasn’t able to be removed (that’s fine I understand sometimes that happens) but my pants were returned stained with what appears to be oil down an entire leg and covered in fuzzies.
I am extremely upset. I was told that “she could try and send it back but nothing might change” and that that large stain taking up the whole leg was there when I brought it in. I am certain it wasn’t.
I do not ever leave angry or bad reviews but pants are extremely expensive and time consuming to have tailored.
I will not be back.

I have been using them for the last 2 years.  usually have them dry-clean my husband’s dress shirts and pants for work.  They do a good job washing the cloths and ironing.  I do have to wait about a week to pick them up which isn’t a problem for me.

This place is a joke. I travel for my business and needed to find a dry cleaner to do some dress shirts and pants. I am in town through Sunday so I googled "Dry Cleaners" and this business pops up. The name is ONE HOUR Dry Cleaners. I get there at 11:30am on a Friday morning and the lady asks me when I want to pick my clothes up and I tell her some time tomorrow (Saturday). She looks at me and tells me there is no way they can be done until Monday afternoon!!! I asked her about the business being called ONE HOUR and she proceeds to tell me that was the old owners and that they no longer do 1 Hour cleaning. I stated that I was asking to pick up my clothing the next day and she then states that everyone was done working for the day!!!! A dry cleaners that is done at 11:30am for the day and they keep a business name that states ONE HOUR Dry Cleaners....again WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Took a cashmere overcoat to them for dry cleaning. I was astonished by the professional work done for it — and it only cost $14.00!

decent size laundromat with about 14 washers.  2 were marked out of order. There were tables and stools to fold your laundry and a couple of carts.  I didn’t use the dryers.  Parking was on premises

Area is open and has seats and tables to work or fold clothes. It's not crowded at all. Very few machines currently out of order.
Used to be one of the more expensive places in town, but is now one of the cheapest, purely by virtue of not randomly jacking up their prices to an insane degree like their competitors did.
The driers still are pretty bad, though, so two stars off for that.
I think the driers are so bad because the lint traps are stuffed with lint (that cleaning the screens won't remove, because it's stuck in the cavities around the screen). If they had some technicians come and unscrew the grates and fish the lint balls out, they'd probably be fine.

It's alright for washing clothes, some washers broken, dryers I don't use because I heard they were all bad, I take my clothes to a different Laundromat to dry them.

This is the worst laundry mat…no wonder it’s always empty. When I first went I thought to myself… great there’s not a lot of people, the washer worked fine and the place is somewhat clean. For cleanliness I give it a three for everything else I give it a zero! None of the dryers work and while I was there and it was happening (the dryer was eating my quarters, had to keep switching dryers…😡 . I  had to be at work in just a few short hours) I called the owner and she said sorry I’m out of town nothing I can do about it now I could meet with you Monday and give you a refund. No …how about you just make sure that your equipment works is what I’m thinking. She obviously does not care. 👎

$2 for wash and 25¢ per 6 minutes of drying, so $4.50 for a whole load. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. After an hour of drying the clothes were the same as they were before I put them in the dryer. And I did three loads in three different dryers, so the ones that aren’t being serviced all suck. Not the cleanest or well kept either.
