Absolutely wonderful service,  the lady who helped me at the registrar pulled off a  Miracle and was able to have my daughter's homecoming dress ready in less than 24 hours. Can’t speak on dry cleaning itself but they are quite expensive. Spent 20+ dollars to have 2 pairs jeans heavily starched. I explained my expectations and how I wanted the crease as well as made sure to emphasize heavy starch …

I took my other two pairs I needed done to another cleaner on 380 and they charged 4 dollars per pair with heavy starch. Great crease, and product is throughout jeans unlike this place.

Girlfriend dropped off a dress and they told her that it would be ready for pickup Saturday at 4 (she needs it for Sunday). It says that as well on the receipt. We get here and the store is closed. There is this self service kiosk but we never received the membership card it requires and they never gave us any indication that it would be anything other than in-store pick up. They really messed up our weekend. Never coming back here again.

First time here, my suits were done early, at a great price and they even called me that they had arrived. Julie was very friendly and helpful, Number One Cleaners gets all my business now!

I was in town for a conference and needed some dry cleaning done. Everyone there was so incredibly nice and helpful! I had stains that came right out. Thank you for the great job, good price, and friendliness! Would absolutely recommend!

My first experience was great. eco friendly  dry clean service on my high end clothing items was done very well and inexpensive. This looks like a family owned business with a super kind staff. I plan to return!

The customer service was great, but being told one price ($80) and then being charged another ($110) in addition to my item being damaged doesn’t make for a decent experience… even more so the damage not being mentioned takes the cake. Regardless of who is at fault this is something that should of been mentioned at pick up as the coat is over $1k. The buttons weren’t even returned so I have no way of repairing it. There should be some sort of accountability between the cleaners and whoever they send leather products off to. 10/10 would not recommend and will not be back.

Being a business owner myself, I don’t like bashing out on other businesses but when it is a rip off. It is a rip off.
My brother moved to Texas not to long ago so he didn’t know much about the place. He took 4 jackets to this place. They told him it would be $40 the day he dropped it off which is still a lot. But the day we went to pick it up. They ended up charging us $82 for 4 jackets. The lady at the counter was constantly manipulating me and trying to change the topic while I asked for the reason of the cost.
They charged $13 each for the jacket, took out the hat from the jacket and charged extra $6 each. Hence $82 was the total.
I have used dry cleaners before and that’s now how it works. To justify the claim, I took the jackets to 4 other places and none of them said more than $5 including the hat. This was a big lesson learned by my brother and me. We are just trying to be civil and make others aware so no one gets ripped off like us.

I was quoted $13 for a pair of pants and a shirt, but when I went to pick them up, I was charged an additional $5. The explanation given was simply, "You heard wrong when you dropped them off." While I do appreciate that the clothes were cleaned properly, I won’t be returning.

DO NOT USE.  They iron on a label for quick reference, BUT BURNT multiple items doing so.  When my wife confronted they said they can ONLY give enough to replace with USED clothes, that they are used clothes.... SO we have to spend money out of pocket to buy a new shirt to replace it.  THEN they want to KEEP the items to claim to their insurance.  SO THEY want to put an easy tag, which we did not approve of them modifying our articles.  SO instead of taking $45 which would take weeks to get, my wife grabbed the clothes and stormed off.  We will definitely be seeking legal guidance from an attorney.  Curious how many other people they've done this to.

I wish I could leave a negative rating for Kwik Dry Clean Super Center. This place is completely unreliable. When I dropped off my clothes, I was given one price, but when I picked them up, I was charged a different amount for my jacket because they “forgot” to check the inner layer. What a joke!

On top of that, they didn’t clean my clothes properly—there was still a noticeable stain on my hood. To make matters worse, they charge tax but provide an informal receipt that doesn’t even show the tax, which raises serious concerns about their business practices.

I would never recommend this place to my family or friends. Save yourself the trouble and avoid getting ripped off!

I just had the worst experience here.   I took a very nice blouse to get dry cleaned here and it was permanently stained from the chemicals that they use.  Not only did the owner refuse to take any responsibility for the damages but tried to put blame on me by making an accusation that I spilled something on it.  This was a brand new $200 blouse only worn once. He was very unprofessional and unwilling to take any ownership.  Do not take your nice clothing here!

My daughter dropped 2 Dior shirts for first time dry cleaning of the shirts and they tore one off the shirts and said it was already torn and waited till end of the day to tell us when they gave us our rest of dry cleaned clothes and said was already damaged when you dropped.

This was my place to go to get my clothes dry cleaned. I brought a few cashmere sweaters to get dry cleaned and I got them back half the size they were. It was not the first time that they dry cleaned them but they ruined them completely. They tried to tell me that they could fix them, I gave them the opportunity but they couldn’t. They just deformed completely the shape of the sweaters. I asked for my money back and the plant manager gave me back what i paid for 2 sweaters. Don’t bring your clothes here especially if they are expensive. They don’t know how to do their job. Never going back to this place after years of being a client.
