I recently had a very unfortunate experience with this dry cleaning service, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. I brought in a high-quality, expensive dress and specifically asked the attendant whether it would be possible to dry clean it without damaging the delicate shine and satin finish fabric. I made it very clear and asked several times . I was assured that the process would be handled with gentle care and that the integrity of the fabric would be preserved.
However, upon picking up the dress, I was extremely disappointed to find that the entire garment had been completely ruined. The once vibrant shine was entirely gone, leaving the fabric dull and lifeless. I trusted your team with a piece of clothing that holds significant value, both financially and sentimentally, and the result has been devastating.
The lack of attention to detail and failure to follow the assurances given at the time of drop-off is unacceptable. This dress was carefully chosen for its quality, and I expected the same level of care and expertise in its cleaning.
I did not get any resolution to this matter and they didn’t take responsibility for their actions. Based on this experience, I regretfully cannot recommend your services to others and will not be returning.

I brought a brand new dress for dry cleaning. Upon my first pickup, the dress had visible white residue streaks and what looked like grease stains. The staff admitted fault and offered to re-clean it.
When I received it the second time, the dress was covered in black spots. Again, they acknowledged the damage and offered a third attempt. Today, I received a call from Jamie who told me, “most of the black spots are gone—just a few on the back.” I reminded her the dress was completely stain-free at drop-off, and I expected it returned in the same condition.
Once she realized I wasn’t going to accept a damaged dress, Jamie became incredibly condescending, dismissive, and even accusatory—suggesting the stains were on the dress when I dropped it off, and saying she planned to “check the security cameras.” She laughed when I asked to speak to the owner.
Speaking with Scott, the owner, was equally as pleasant as speaking with Jamie. He carried the same condescending tone and told me to Google “translucent stains,” claiming they naturally appear on new clothing and only show up during dry cleaning. That’s just absurd. Creative....but absurd.
When Scott asked what I wanted, I told him I wanted the $120 dress they damaged to be replaced. He flat-out refused, saying, “I am not replacing your dress. I refuse to write you a check for a dress that we don’t know wasn’t damaged when you dropped it off.” Instead, he offered me an $80 store credit—an arbitrary number, with no justification.
I didn’t ask for much—just accountability and a fair resolution for the damage done. Instead, I received denial, disrespect, and zero ownership. All I want is my brand-new dress replaced.
If Scott is serious about running a business that values customer satisfaction, I strongly suggest he revisit the basics of customer service, conflict resolution, and decency. And get rid of Jamie. She's mean.

What an amazing experience! For my 10 year wedding anniversary i wanted to wear my wedding dress for a small blessing ceremony but I haven't touched my dress in 10years! If was black from bodice to train after drinks were spilled all over it and the train was on a dirty dance floor 10 years ago! I brought it to Comet cleaners and they said they could clean it....remember this dress is BLACK with dirt! I didn't want to get my hopes up but I gave the dress and when i picked it up a week later, it was like brand new!! Pure white and gorgeous as it was 10 years ago!!! They did an amazing job and charged half what other cleaners would have charged! So impressed by their trade and customer service! The gentleman at the counter even offered to carry it to my car( its pretty heavy) couldn't be more happy with this entire experience. I am now a loyal customer!

First time here, my suits were done early, at a great price and they even called me that they had arrived. Julie was very friendly and helpful, Number One Cleaners gets all my business now!

I was in town for a conference and needed some dry cleaning done. Everyone there was so incredibly nice and helpful! I had stains that came right out. Thank you for the great job, good price, and friendliness! Would absolutely recommend!

My first experience was great. eco friendly  dry clean service on my high end clothing items was done very well and inexpensive. This looks like a family owned business with a super kind staff. I plan to return!

The customer service was great, but being told one price ($80) and then being charged another ($110) in addition to my item being damaged doesn’t make for a decent experience… even more so the damage not being mentioned takes the cake. Regardless of who is at fault this is something that should of been mentioned at pick up as the coat is over $1k. The buttons weren’t even returned so I have no way of repairing it. There should be some sort of accountability between the cleaners and whoever they send leather products off to. 10/10 would not recommend and will not be back.

Being a business owner myself, I don’t like bashing out on other businesses but when it is a rip off. It is a rip off.
My brother moved to Texas not to long ago so he didn’t know much about the place. He took 4 jackets to this place. They told him it would be $40 the day he dropped it off which is still a lot. But the day we went to pick it up. They ended up charging us $82 for 4 jackets. The lady at the counter was constantly manipulating me and trying to change the topic while I asked for the reason of the cost.
They charged $13 each for the jacket, took out the hat from the jacket and charged extra $6 each. Hence $82 was the total.
I have used dry cleaners before and that’s now how it works. To justify the claim, I took the jackets to 4 other places and none of them said more than $5 including the hat. This was a big lesson learned by my brother and me. We are just trying to be civil and make others aware so no one gets ripped off like us.
