The dry cleaning service seems to be ok, but the prices were outrageous. I should have asked but went with them as they were the closest and had a fast turnaround time. I am a customer with lapels and also frequent OXXO, but needed our clothes back quickly so I went to this one instead. We paid double for a suit I paid cash so received a 10% discount but otherwise it would be $26 to dry clean one suit.  I thought it sounded high and my husband said he never paid that much to dry clean his suit. FYI and be forewarned of exorbitant prices!!!

I came to the Fulshear location to get real rabbit fur pelts and faux fur fabric to be dry cleaned. On the website and on their listing of services they said they clean leather, suede, and FUR. Yet when I go to the store the receptionist says “they have never cleaned fur before”. If I do decide to let them clean the fur they aren’t held reliable for the damages if I sign the waiver form. I won’t let anyone handle valuable material if they have never worked with it before. That is false advertising. Don’t state on the website and listing that you clean fur. If the location doesn’t do that then they should state only select location cleans fur. I trust this location to dry cleaned other garments just not delicate natural materials.

First time customer based upon the recommendation by my mother and her husband. Friendly and clean atmosphere and not expensive comparatively speaking . I will probably use them again instead of Comet just based upon the friendly atmosphere .

I am very happy with their customer service and end result. I entrusted them with my deceased father’s jacket he used during his time serving our country in Afghanistan, and they did a great job taking all the tough stains out! I could tell they used lots of care and even gave me a little bag with something I left in the pockets on accident. I think the price was very decent which was $20 and it was done by the next day. Would definitely go again!

Their staff is always friendly and courteous. I’m greeted upon entering and thanked when leaving. My clothes are treated with care and completed promptly.

Brought in a comforter. They were able to get old dye stains out of it that I didn’t even ask them to attempt to lift. It was a great surprise. The girl at the front desk even helped me bring my clean laundry out to my car. Above and beyond service

Worst experience ever!
I took a brand new dress in for alterations and cleaning almost a month ago. Initially, they told me it would be ready in two weeks. However, on the day I was supposed to pick it up, they called to inform me that their tailor had been dealing with family issues and hadn’t shown up to work in two weeks. They said they had sent his work to other stores to get it done. They asked me to confirm what needed to be done and told me to pick it up the next day (Wednesday).

I went on Friday instead, only to be told that the tailor at the other store couldn’t do the alterations because there wasn’t enough fabric to complete the work. The dress wasn’t even at the store, and they told me to return on Monday.

When I showed up on Monday, the manager spoke with me directly and explained that the dress had been cleaned, so they removed the tags. However, they hadn’t done the alterations, and the dress was still at the other store. After about 20 minutes of taking no responsibility and offering no solutions, we agreed that he would contact George (their tailor, who is great at what he does) and even personally deliver the dress to him if needed. He promised to call me by the end of the day to confirm when I could pick it up.

Of course, he never called. So I went back again today. When I arrived, they simply handed me the dress — no alterations, not cleaned, and with the tags removed. I asked to speak to the manager, who tried to downplay the situation and told me there was nothing they could do. He gave me the contact information for a lady who could do the work and have it ready the next day. However, when I went to her, she tried to charge me three times what they had originally quoted for the alterations.

In conclusion: they left me with a dress I can neither wear nor return.

Avolon dry cleaners has always done a great job for us.  I was disappointed that a prom dress with sequins would cost $200 to dry clean. I wanted it cleaned to donate to a school. Now they will have to take it as is. 🙁

Do not go here, your clothes will be never ready on time. They told me my stuff will be ready at a certain time and it took over a week for a single pants! And to get them i had to park far and walk up do they won’t see me coming and lock up their store. UNPROFESSIONAL. And to make it even worse, they had their child bring it out to me to avoid confrontation. DO NOT GO HERE

Never going here again I drop off my clothes EARLY April  on like a Tuesday one suit jacket and one shirt that needed sewing. Tried to go back that Friday to pick up it was closed with a sorry for the inconvenience sign. That fine we all have emergencies come up. Went Saturday same thing. The next week I went twice the cc machine was out of order. When again yet another week later twice and the person working didn't know how to get in the system.  Finally went to pick up my stuff today. They only did the jacket not a very good job at that and the person who gave me the shirt and said don't bother fixing it its not worth it. You will have to pay $30 to fix it. I explained it was the last thing my step mom wore before she passed and I was trying to fix it for my sister. She just said we'll I can't help you my seamstress is not here and threw it at me. Who the hell treats people like this?!?! You held my shit for almost a month and then you just toss shit at me. Ya that's a never again for me.

Never ever ever go here for dry cleaning!! There are so many better options!! My clothes were not ready when promised, they couldn't find my pieces, and my shirts were still wet when I went to pick them up. Suuuuuuper disappointed. You'll get a wayyyyy better bang for your buck elsewhere, ans there are sooo many more options around the area. Save your time, money, and clothes and go somewhere else!

Would've been convenient with the drive thru and hours they have posted, but we have gone 3 different occasions from 8am- 10 am on the weekdays to pick up our clothes and the store is closed even though it states they open from 7am-7pm Monday-Friday.  When you mention it to the employee she claims it's the first time when it's not.  3 strikes and done. We'll definitely be going elsewhere.

I dropped my clothes off over 3 weeks ago and every time I go to pick them up on Saturday at 9am there not open. For the past 3 Saturdays I've sat until almost 9:30 and no one has shown up to open the store. Tried calling number listed in Google maps and number is no good. If yall changed the hours it would be a great idea to update all information so clients don't have to go through this. As soon as I can ever get my dry cleaning I will not be coming back.
