I am very happy with their customer service and end result. I entrusted them with my deceased father’s jacket he used during his time serving our country in Afghanistan, and they did a great job taking all the tough stains out! I could tell they used lots of care and even gave me a little bag with something I left in the pockets on accident. I think the price was very decent which was $20 and it was done by the next day. Would definitely go again!

Their staff is always friendly and courteous. I’m greeted upon entering and thanked when leaving. My clothes are treated with care and completed promptly.

Brought in a comforter. They were able to get old dye stains out of it that I didn’t even ask them to attempt to lift. It was a great surprise. The girl at the front desk even helped me bring my clean laundry out to my car. Above and beyond service

Worst experience ever!
I took a brand new dress in for alterations and cleaning almost a month ago. Initially, they told me it would be ready in two weeks. However, on the day I was supposed to pick it up, they called to inform me that their tailor had been dealing with family issues and hadn’t shown up to work in two weeks. They said they had sent his work to other stores to get it done. They asked me to confirm what needed to be done and told me to pick it up the next day (Wednesday).

I went on Friday instead, only to be told that the tailor at the other store couldn’t do the alterations because there wasn’t enough fabric to complete the work. The dress wasn’t even at the store, and they told me to return on Monday.

When I showed up on Monday, the manager spoke with me directly and explained that the dress had been cleaned, so they removed the tags. However, they hadn’t done the alterations, and the dress was still at the other store. After about 20 minutes of taking no responsibility and offering no solutions, we agreed that he would contact George (their tailor, who is great at what he does) and even personally deliver the dress to him if needed. He promised to call me by the end of the day to confirm when I could pick it up.

Of course, he never called. So I went back again today. When I arrived, they simply handed me the dress — no alterations, not cleaned, and with the tags removed. I asked to speak to the manager, who tried to downplay the situation and told me there was nothing they could do. He gave me the contact information for a lady who could do the work and have it ready the next day. However, when I went to her, she tried to charge me three times what they had originally quoted for the alterations.

In conclusion: they left me with a dress I can neither wear nor return.

Avolon dry cleaners has always done a great job for us.  I was disappointed that a prom dress with sequins would cost $200 to dry clean. I wanted it cleaned to donate to a school. Now they will have to take it as is. 🙁

This was my first time to try this dry cleaning service. The staff was very friendly, they provide receipts with pricing, and you are able to pay online if you so desire. Very accommodating. This location (Grand Pkwy in Katy, TX) is in a busy strip center with limited parking. It’s also located next to Kroger so parking can be difficult. I had to park near the end of the strip center and the kind employee (could be owner) carried all my dry cleaning to my car without me requesting. Extremely satisfied with the customer service and kindness! This is my new dry cleaners! They also did a fabulous job cleaning my clothing & blankets. Thank you, sir. I was so shocked by your kindness I forgot to ask your name but I’m sure he remembers me. Excellent customer service!

I’m usually not one to write reviews, but this is the worst experience I’ve had with a business. I dropped my dress off on Monday since I was leaving for out of town on Thursday. Mohammed C. said it would be ready by Tuesday. I came on Tuesday and he said it’s not ready yet and to come back The next day, so I come back on Wednesday and he said it’s not ready yet. I asked him What the issue was he said there was a stain on the dress. I said that is not possible because I bought the dress brand new with the tags on it and only wore it to try it on. He said then there’s probably a stain from it being cleaned, he said I could come back in either one hour or the next day. so I came back on Thursday morning the day I leave for my trip and it is still not ready yet. The kind lady that helped me asked me if it was a green dress and I said yes it was. She told me that it was not tagged properly so they did not know who the dress belongs to and to come back in 15 minutes.  Not only did I have to make four trips to try to pick up my dress, but I was lied to by the manager about there being a stain when they just did not tag it properly. The service was horrible and they could not give me more than a 20% discount. I did not feel comfortable paying this amount from a business who lied to me about the condition of my dress and the status of it. I will not be coming back again.

Staff is great, professional, knowledgeable, polite and very friendly. Was very pleased with the service I received and they did a great job on the clothes. Definitely would recommend! Thank you again it's much appreciated.
