I brought six pairs of pants to Martinizing for alterations, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—she really listened to what I needed. The alterations came out perfect—great fit, perfect length, and excellent craftsmanship. The turnaround time was also impressive: I dropped them off on Wednesday and they were ready by Monday. Fast, friendly, and flawless service. I give them a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them!

I took my husbands and sons suits in to clean and dry and the lady in the front asked me how I had heard from them and told them I used to go prior them since she told me she was the new owner . I told her about some stains specifically. I went back to pick them up and no stains where removed!!! I was upset the worker had told me they hadn’t put in in the system to watch out for stains or anything! I’m like really?? Well isn’t she the owner ? So he was VERY nice telling me they can re do it for free at no extra charge , I go back again and pick them up and my husband suit , they were able to remove the stain , but completely removed my sons suit Ralph Lauren suit!!! Expensive I told her did they not remove it ? It’s a lollipop stain that could of easily been removed and I told her how the first time she didn’t put it in the system and she tells me how she took it and told the guy , liying pretty I much .. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not recommend! Plus she has a horrible attitude!! Didn’t even offer credit or anything ! Plus Do you really think this is iron!????

For several years I had acceptable service here, not great, but for what it was fine, but this morning I took out a pair of pants, tore off the tag, went to put them on, but then noticed something was not right, and the not right was these were not my pants
I took the pants back, explained what had happened, told them the tag was torn up and in the trash and was basically told "sucks to be you" no tag, not our problem, now I don't know if you've been there but everything is off your phone number, they could have easily looked up my last pick up, but nothing
I left the pants, so if you are missing a dark blue, 34 inch waist, 32 inseam pant, they have them.  Too many other cleaners to put up with this nonsense.  Avoid.

Brought a pair of pants in to have hemmed. Picked up 2 days after promised and while they were hemmed, they were not pressed. I need them for tomorrow so I had to take them and iron myself. Still charged me full price even though only half the job was done. Edited to add to the generic reply from the business- I was told that the press comes standard with the hem. I paid $10 and only got the hem.  Not both. So I did NOT get what I paid for, therefore the pants were not ready on the day promised. They were not fully ready since I had to iron the bottom where they were hemmed. Charging full price for half the service doesn’t show you are willing to make anything easy for your customers.
