I brought six pairs of pants to Martinizing for alterations, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—she really listened to what I needed. The alterations came out perfect—great fit, perfect length, and excellent craftsmanship. The turnaround time was also impressive: I dropped them off on Wednesday and they were ready by Monday. Fast, friendly, and flawless service. I give them a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them!

Clothes are always done quickly , staff is very friendly and professional. Love the same day service if clothes are dropped off early enough. My spouse travels and always needs to get clothes back quickly before he leaves for next trip. Martinizing has always had his clothes done on time . Thank you

I took my husbands and sons suits in to clean and dry and the lady in the front asked me how I had heard from them and told them I used to go prior them since she told me she was the new owner . I told her about some stains specifically. I went back to pick them up and no stains where removed!!! I was upset the worker had told me they hadn’t put in in the system to watch out for stains or anything! I’m like really?? Well isn’t she the owner ? So he was VERY nice telling me they can re do it for free at no extra charge , I go back again and pick them up and my husband suit , they were able to remove the stain , but completely removed my sons suit Ralph Lauren suit!!! Expensive I told her did they not remove it ? It’s a lollipop stain that could of easily been removed and I told her how the first time she didn’t put it in the system and she tells me how she took it and told the guy , liying pretty I much .. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not recommend! Plus she has a horrible attitude!! Didn’t even offer credit or anything ! Plus Do you really think this is iron!????

The dress was also done before the day the told me it would be.

This review is coming from a dry cleaning newbie because I have never really had nice enough clothing that requires fancy upkeep haha. That being said, I am super impressed with Shadow Creek Dry Cleaners. Their service was transparent, fast, friendly, and left the clothes (two blazers, three dresses, and a blouse)  that I dropped off feeling like new!! They also offer 20% off if you pay when you drop off so that was a great selling point for me. I definitely recommend this business and plan on returning sometime in the near future!
