This is no fault of the young lady named above.

The only reason I went from a 5 to 4 star is because my pre wrapped tie for my Class A uniform was ripped apart. The black pins hold the knot were removed and so was the Velcro. It was very embarrassing to only find this out the day I had to wear it for a ceremony, and rushing to find safety pins. I add a photo of what my uniform looked liked before drop off.

Unpon return, they were able to fix the velcro, so I do appreciate that.

I understand mistakes happen which is completely fine. Just be forthright about it. It would not have been an issue, and I would have been able to have it handled prior to a ceremony.

These guys always do an awesome job. They’re quick but thorough and are up front if they think a stain will not be able to be removed. Highly recommend them.

We absolutely love Y Pay More! The sweetest family runs this business, and they always greet us with such kindness. Whether it’s just me or we have our son and dog in tow, they go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their work is impeccable. This place was recommended by a friend. It was my first time going. I had five shirts, two coats, and two pairs of dress pants! The shirts' collars were stained from wearing, and the pants had a pen stain. Happy to say I haven't used dry cleaning in a while. They sent my location to the head cleaner, but they did an amazing job! Not to mention, one of my shirts was damaged. They went ahead and cleaned it and gave me back the money. Overall service was great, fast, and I got it back the next day, and the lady was friendly. I will say though, it's slightly different than most dry cleaners; they do require you to pay upon drop-off! V 🙌🏾⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do NOT support this business establishment! They do not need to stay in business. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Mike, the owner has no customer service, extremely rude and disrespectful to customers.

This is by far the worst dry cleaning business in DFW. They lost 4 of my brother’s shirts and promised a $150 refund, but instead insulted him by writing a $50 check. He left the check at the establishment because it was a slap in the face. To make matters worse, the owner followed up with a rude text message rather than taking responsibility. Mike and Narim run a completely unprofessional operation — they can’t keep track of clothes, they don’t honor their word, and they treat customers with zero respect. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not deserve to stay in business.

Fantastic dry cleaner! They completed superior service and extended the life of a shirt which was thought to have nearly irreparable blemishes. Wonderful customer service added to a terrific experience at my needed time, after 6 P.M. during the week.

It was my first time with them and this is how they dry clean your cloths and later doesn’t accept that they did anything wrong. No courtesy to even fix it or do it again or refund. Jacket is $200 and they ruined it.

I would put a minus if that was an option. I had some stains on my saree that and its ok that stains did not come out but the saree was folded pathetically with creases. I have given for dry cleaning several times and usually any kind of laundry service ensures the dresses are also ironed and returned. Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Irresponsible – Avoid This Place

After 18 years of loyal business at this location,—long before the current owners took over—I’m done. We dropped off a large dry cleaning order before a trip to Japan (June 26–July 14), including my wife’s Nordstrom vest and pants. After returning, we realized those key pieces were missing. We searched the entire house and confirmed they were part of the same order as a dress we did receive.

When I went back to the shop and asked about it, the owner flatly said, “We don’t have them.” No apology, no investigation, no accountability. I asked for itemized receipts going back to June 20th to confirm what was in that order—he told me they don’t keep records past 30 days. Apparently, all they can confirm is that we paid $150 for the pickup. No breakdown. No traceability.

When I asked if its possible that the items could’ve been lost or damaged, his exact words were: “Yes, by you, not by us. And I don’t have any patience to answer that.”

Let that sink in. That’s the customer service standard here.

All he had to do was say, “Let me look into it. You check at your end too, and we’ll talk again.” Instead, I got arrogance and blame.

I’ve spent about $1,500 there in last 12 months—who knows how much over 18 years. Going forward? $0. If you value your clothes and expect even basic decency from a business, I strongly urge you to go elsewhere. This place is not worth the risk.

I called asking for information about contacting customer service of any kind as I was having an issue with a different location and tried explaining the situation. Before I could even finish talking the man on the phone said something along the lines of “you need to contact them I don’t deal with that” and hung up. When I called back he said to not call back and hung up. I called another location and they told me each location is franchise owned and helped me even though I didn’t go through them. Whoever answered is very unprofessional and needs to get the stick out their rear end

I have been coming here for over 10 years. I think they're under new ownership. The inside looks different and they couldn't find my name in the system. This is the first time in 10 years they couldn't find my name. When I asked if this is a new owner, he got upset and yelled at me. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be back. You had the chance to keep a customer for 10 years and you chose to chase him away. If you enjoy being yelled at for asking a question then this is your place.
