This place was recommended by a friend. It was my first time going. I had five shirts, two coats, and two pairs of dress pants! The shirts' collars were stained from wearing, and the pants had a pen stain. Happy to say I haven't used dry cleaning in a while. They sent my location to the head cleaner, but they did an amazing job! Not to mention, one of my shirts was damaged. They went ahead and cleaned it and gave me back the money. Overall service was great, fast, and I got it back the next day, and the lady was friendly. I will say though, it's slightly different than most dry cleaners; they do require you to pay upon drop-off! V 🙌🏾⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do NOT support this business establishment! They do not need to stay in business. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Mike, the owner has no customer service, extremely rude and disrespectful to customers.

This is by far the worst dry cleaning business in DFW. They lost 4 of my brother’s shirts and promised a $150 refund, but instead insulted him by writing a $50 check. He left the check at the establishment because it was a slap in the face. To make matters worse, the owner followed up with a rude text message rather than taking responsibility. Mike and Narim run a completely unprofessional operation — they can’t keep track of clothes, they don’t honor their word, and they treat customers with zero respect. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not deserve to stay in business.

Fantastic dry cleaner! They completed superior service and extended the life of a shirt which was thought to have nearly irreparable blemishes. Wonderful customer service added to a terrific experience at my needed time, after 6 P.M. during the week.

It was my first time with them and this is how they dry clean your cloths and later doesn’t accept that they did anything wrong. No courtesy to even fix it or do it again or refund. Just denied we didn’t do it  wrong. Be careful  charged me so much for dry clean. After getting my cloths back I tried to wear this jacket after a week and this is how it was there. Jacket is $200 and they ruined it.

This dry cleaning store is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and outstanding customer service. The place is spotless, organized, and gives you instant confidence that your clothes are in the best hands.

A special shoutout to the gentleman who assisted me he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Not only did he handle my items with such care, but he also took the time to explain their process and made sure I felt completely at ease. When I picked up my clothes, they looked brand new crisp, fresh, and perfectly pressed.

It’s rare to find service this genuine and dedicated these days. Huge appreciation to him for making the whole experience seamless and pleasant – I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone!

I would put a minus if that was an option. I had some stains on my saree that and its ok that stains did not come out but the saree was folded pathetically with creases. I have given for dry cleaning several times and usually any kind of laundry service ensures the dresses are also ironed and returned. It felt like nothing was done and the just folded and hung the cloth back and gave it. I should have checked out other reviews for this before going there. Many ppl have rated it 1 star. Pathetic cleaning and care.

I recently came in to get clothes dry cleaned that I needed for a trip. The turn around was fast and the clothes were very well pressed! I’m very impressed with this cleaners! They have a drive thru and they give you a laundry bag with your name on it to make the drop off process easier! I’ve been coming to Infinity Cleaners for 2 years already! I enjoy the fast turnaround you bring it in before 1pm and it’s usually out the next day after 5pm! A big order and big items take an extra day or two! I’m a very busy person so dropping off in my VIP bag is a must and I always use their drive thru!
