The owner of Spotless Specialty Cleaning and Restoration, Doug, personally helped us, as all his crews were busy, and we wanted remediation to begin immediately to avoid mold and other problems from a hot water malfunction and basement flooding.  Doug took all necessary steps to remediate our basement, was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced.  We are very happy that we used their services, and we recommend them highly.

Christian and James cleaned out our dryer vent that had not been done since we moved in in 2018. Our vent goes into our garage, up the height of the garage and across the width of the house before exiting. Since I  can't see in, the fact that the clothes dry more quickly let's me assume that they did a great job. Both men were very professional and friendly. If you can enlarge the picture,  you'll see that James is covered in lint!

The first appointment I had Noah found water in my ductwork from a recent burst pipe. He took videos in my crawl space of what he found, which was very helpful to my home insurance adjuster. Obviously that problem needed to be taken care of before ducts could be cleaned.

Very disappointed in the service that they offered us. Kitchen ice maker flooded kitchen and downstairs family room.  First day was great. Next day showed up to take up vinal floors. Broke legs off a 1 year old stove. Still not fixed. Lost hardware to over stove microwave.  Cut a hole in my hot water line and tried to fix with electric tape. And turned off hot water tank. Never told me. Found out with a cold shower. Tear out crew had hardly any tools. They borrowed a step ladder. Push broom and scoop.  Floor scraper. 3 ft crow bar. Bent the fines on baseboard hot water heat. Never sealed of the rest of the house for dust. Have called numerous times. Chris did come out and take lots of pics.   2 hours to take up 1/2 room of carpet. Wonder why when you face time for hours.  Still nothing. Should have went with my gut instead of insurance recommendations!!!!! Maybe Rainbow 🌈

The Servpro team came out on a holiday Friday to help us with a badly flooded basement and rec room. They removed soaking wet carpet in no time, and set up dehumidifiers in the entire affected area, all within just a couple of hours of my call.The team was quick, thorough, and friendly, and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire process. I have been a client of Max Cleaners for 8 years now. I’m always happy with their dry cleaning and alteration services. But recently the business went above and beyond my expectations! I put an oil (food) stain on a 100% silk dress, then was stupid enough to try to wash the stain off myself with soap and water. When the fabric dried, I saw three levels of stain - oil, soap, and a huge water stain. I thought the dress is gone, but went for a Hail Mary to Max Cleaners. Omg! They fixed it! No stains, no color bleed, and the silk didn’t lose its luster. I’m so happy! Thank you!

Very kind people and prompt service. I brought in a formal dress to be hemmed and the work was completed a week earlier than I expected.
Unfortunately parts of the hem fell out during the event I wore the dress to; after investigating, I believe this is because the hem was folded over once (rather than twice) and sewn with a straight stitch, rather than a slip stitch (more suitable for dress hems). While I did step on the dress a couple of times during the event (getting in and out of a car was a real challenge!), sewing friends insist I should have been able to step on the dress a little without the hem falling. The straight stitch is simply not durable enough.
Because the price was fairly substantial and I now need to have my dress re-hemmed, I'm rating only 3 stars. I won't return for more sewing work, but I would go back if I needed something steamed or dry cleaned. Again, I liked the people a lot. I thought they were incredibly kind and prompt, and I wish them nothing but the best.

I needed a tux cleaned in 24 hours, picking up at 8:00am the next morning. That day it snowed so the next morning schools were closed and main roads were cleared but side roads and parking lots were icy. I didn’t make it in until about 9am as a result but owners specifically came in at 8 and waited for me so I could get my tux. So devoted, accommodating and customer service oriented!

I was impressed by the willingness of the new ownership to take accountability for the actions of others!

Dropped off two suits for dry cleaning. I went to pick them up as scheduled and they brought me one suit and one pant. They said the cream jacket was being held for additional spot cleaning. I knew the jacket didn’t have stains so I asked to see what they felt needed additional cleaning. I was then told they couldn’t find the jacket. The other suit and pant still wrinkled and not in plastic. The woman insisted they’d been cleaned and wanted me to pay for them. I told her to bring me my white jacket immediately, which  clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Absolutely ridiculous service and really poor quality compared to what I’m used to at this business. Won’t be back.

I ordered a pure white quarter zip with green trim which arrived with a brown dirt smudge on the chest due to poor packaging. Because it was suppose to be a gift, I took it to be dry-cleaned rather than risking wishing it myself.

They proceeded to clean the dirt off the front, but spread green dye from the cuffs/collar splotched over the pullover where it had previously been clean. I had to bring it to their attention, and they attempted to rewash it but it's still ungiftable. No apology or refund, they just handed it over both times like nothing happened.

TLDR: They turned a washable brown smudge into green dye stains on an $80 pullover.

I have been using Classic Cleaners for nearly 25 years as my preferred dry cleaner.  I recently had an experience there that has caused me to leave a public review and not give them my business anymore.  After multiple times of not receiving my pressed shirts with creases in the sleeves, a gentlemen came out from the back and told me it was “my fault”.  I explained to him that I politely and specifically asked for creases in my sleeves multiple times and continue to not receive them with creases.  I also told him that if I could not get my shirts back how I requested I would have to take my business elsewhere.  He replied back “I don’t care”.  Shockingly I replied back that I would be leaving a review of this encounter and indeed not returning as a customer.  He continued to reply “I don’t care!”  I have never received such poor customer service in our valley.  It’s a disgrace that a business such as Classic Cleaners would be so rude to any customer, let alone one of nearly 25 years.

I took a precious long African skirt from Ghana to be cleaned. I worried because the skirt meant a lot to me. They were kind when I dropped it off and equally as kind when I picked up my skirt that was well pressed and clean. It also did not have that cleaner chemical smell. I would use this business again for taking great care in cleaning my skirt and kindness in delivering my item as agreed.  They are much appreciated.

Took three jeans to get fixed & they weren’t ready the day she schedule me to pick it up, so I went the next day, they were ready & one of them had this oil stain. The lady was also really rude when I commented her about it & still payed full price. I have always been taking my clothes here to get fixed & never had a problem until now. Because of this issue I won’t ever take my clothes here they didn’t do anything about it either. Would not recommend it if they are going to stain people clothes & not resolve this issue.

This was a happy discovery. I had just purchased four pairs of slacks for work and needed them this same week, so I asked whether or not I could have them pressed while I waited. No problem. While waiting, I had a convivial conversation with the cobbler. He has followed in the trade handed down from his grandfather to his father to him. In the immediate vicinity is also a seamstress who does alterations. It's a one-stop convenient shop. Everyone is very friendly, courteous and professional.

Don’t get your clothes altered here unless you want to come back multiple times only to be told at each new deadline that your clothes are still not ready. It’s a massive time waster, when they could easily just call and say the pieces aren’t ready. Ironically enough, expect the woman who does alterations to be on the phone the entire time she is measuring, pinning, or speaking to you. Not worth the frustration.

VERY DISSATISFIED. I recently took a suit ( white ) came back with yellowish stains all over it.  I bought it less than a year ago and have used it no more than 3 times.  I only use it for very special occasions at church. When I went back to talk to the person who cleaned it his only response was- sorry you're dissatisfied, that's the best I can do. Really?  He didn't offer to fix it or to return my money.  It's an expensive suit and hard to find, especially white.  Be careful if you're thinking of bringing some clothes here.

Looks like some of the machines are new and the laundry baskets are really nice. They replaced the old dirty baskets with beautiful dark gray and red ones. KEEP YOUR KIDS OUT OF THEM, THESE ARE NOT BUMPER CARS!

The place was really clean as usual and quiet for a 5pm visit.

Some of the machines along the windows closest to the street, you can't read the settings. We loaded our clothes but couldn't get them to work, so we took everything out and went to the opposite side. The downfall to that was AC was only working on the other side (closest to main road).

Same old chairs. They really need to replace those filthy chairs. No attendant onsite.

I like this laundry mat because it is usually clean and for the most part the patrons are nice and helpful in holding doors if you need it. A nice improvement would be a section just for kids to play because they are always underfoot and taking off with the baskets. Children are to be seen in public not heard, but it's how they are raised jmo

I visited your laundromat recently to wash a rug, but unfortunately I encountered a couple of issues that prevented me from completing the task:
-I attempted to use two different washing machines, but neither would start—possibly due to being out of order or unresponsive.
-The pricing signage was unclear; there was no indication of how many coins were required for the washing or drying cycles, which made it difficult to prepare properly.
As a result, I decided to go elsewhere. I value clarity and convenience when using self-service facilities like this, and these obstacles made the experience unworkable.

Clean, available parking, very large washers available,  the coin changer #73 took my $20 bill and did not give any change back. However,  there is a phone number available for such issues and they are going through a process with maintenance and to provide a refund back.

The washers are good, the dryers arent bad. Its a big place, big enough to not have people standing over one another.. Specially during this pandemic. Its a nice laundry mat.

Very clean machines and restroom. A little pricey but worth it considering it's the nicest laundromat I've seen in a long time.
