Very disappointed in the service that they offered us. Kitchen ice maker flooded kitchen and downstairs family room.  First day was great. Next day showed up to take up vinal floors. Broke legs off a 1 year old stove. Still not fixed. Lost hardware to over stove microwave.  Cut a hole in my hot water line and tried to fix with electric tape. And turned off hot water tank. Never told me. Found out with a cold shower. Tear out crew had hardly any tools. They borrowed a step ladder. Push broom and scoop.  Floor scraper. 3 ft crow bar. Bent the fines on baseboard hot water heat. Never sealed of the rest of the house for dust. Have called numerous times. Chris did come out and take lots of pics.   2 hours to take up 1/2 room of carpet. Wonder why when you face time for hours.  Still nothing. Should have went with my gut instead of insurance recommendations!!!!! Maybe Rainbow 🌈

ServPro was fantastic to work with! They responded quickly, the office team was organized and knowledgeable, and the crew did an excellent job drying out and cleaning up the area. Communication was great throughout the whole process. They were even careful and respectful of our belongings in the house. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how great this company is. Joanna and Shannon took my phone call and were super nice while I was dealing with 4 inches of water in my basement from a pipe burst. They sent Kaden and Kyle out , who are awesome. They are so professional,kind , thorough and definitely care about their clients and the job they do. They worked around my crazy night shift schedule too. They brought Alex,Carmen and  Aliesky who worked so hard, getting everything out of my basement to a huge dumpster and they filled it. The Servpro team came out on a holiday Friday to help us with a badly flooded basement and rec room. They removed soaking wet carpet in no time, and set up dehumidifiers in the entire affected area, all within just a couple of hours of my call.The team was quick, thorough, and friendly, and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire process. While I hope I don't need a service like this again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them!

Update: 8/2023 - the establishment is under new management now and they reached out this past spring to personally apologize make it right. I’ve since had my suits dry cleaned again with no issues. I was impressed by the willingness of the new ownership to take accountability for the actions of others!

Dropped off two suits for dry cleaning. I went to pick them up as scheduled and they brought me one suit and one pant. They said the cream jacket was being held for additional spot cleaning. I knew the jacket didn’t have stains so I asked to see what they felt needed additional cleaning. I was then told they couldn’t find the jacket. The other suit and pant still wrinkled and not in plastic. The woman insisted they’d been cleaned and wanted me to pay for them. I told her to bring me my white jacket immediately, which  clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Absolutely ridiculous service and really poor quality compared to what I’m used to at this business. Won’t be back.

I ordered a pure white quarter zip with green trim which arrived with a brown dirt smudge on the chest due to poor packaging. Because it was suppose to be a gift, I took it to be dry-cleaned rather than risking wishing it myself.

They proceeded to clean the dirt off the front, but spread green dye from the cuffs/collar splotched over the pullover where it had previously been clean. I had to bring it to their attention, and they attempted to rewash it but it's still ungiftable. No apology or refund, they just handed it over both times like nothing happened.

TLDR: They turned a washable brown smudge into green dye stains on an $80 pullover.

I have been using Classic Cleaners for nearly 25 years as my preferred dry cleaner.  I recently had an experience there that has caused me to leave a public review and not give them my business anymore.  After multiple times of not receiving my pressed shirts with creases in the sleeves, a gentlemen came out from the back and told me it was “my fault”.  I explained to him that I politely and specifically asked for creases in my sleeves multiple times and continue to not receive them with creases.  I also told him that if I could not get my shirts back how I requested I would have to take my business elsewhere.  He replied back “I don’t care”.  Shockingly I replied back that I would be leaving a review of this encounter and indeed not returning as a customer.  He continued to reply “I don’t care!”  I have never received such poor customer service in our valley.  It’s a disgrace that a business such as Classic Cleaners would be so rude to any customer, let alone one of nearly 25 years.

I took a precious long African skirt from Ghana to be cleaned. I worried because the skirt meant a lot to me. They were kind when I dropped it off and equally as kind when I picked up my skirt that was well pressed and clean. It also did not have that cleaner chemical smell. I would use this business again for taking great care in cleaning my skirt and kindness in delivering my item as agreed.  They are much appreciated.

I recently took a rug into Green Laundromat, and overall, it was a good experience. It was quiet and fairly clean, making it a pleasant place to wait or relax during the wash.
The washing machine handled the rug with ease—no issues whatsoever. The directions were clear and straightforward, which made the process seamless. After washing, the dryer performed just as well—efficient and reliable, with no hiccups.
I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing to wash larger items like rugs.

Just had a terrible experience here. The dryer ruined an entire load of my clothes. Some sort of black ink, I located no pen or anything mixed in. The clothes were fine out of the washer so it had to happen in the dryer.  While I’m trying to sort this out a person comes in with 2 kids and food and sits at the table I was using and basically moves my stuff out of the way. I was the only person there and there are 2 other tables. Then I try to leave and the door is locked. Turns out this person is the attendant, with no English ability, and has locked the doors at 7PM (open to at least 8) for cleaning.  She locked me in. This is a serious issue and I will try to further address it with management and ownership.

Decided to use one of the top loader 27 since I had a small load. Big mistake because did not rinse. Gave an extra star because customer service got right back to me.

Clean, depending on time you go quiet. Washer’s  & Dryer’s clean & in working condition (most of the time). I have be going to this laundromat for quite a few years always felt safe.

It would be nice if the owners would keep an attendant here at this laundry . We wasted over $5.00 dollars on a washer. We set the washer for HOT WATER, got only COLD WATER. I want what I pay for. Today, “”Sunday”” we are using 4 dryers, all HI HEAT. One of the dryers is only putting out cold air. Wasted another $1.25.
