WOW! What a difference dryex Owner Michael D.Ellis made. I spent over an hour reviewing the competing ads for carpet cleaning. His diverse abilities as well as years in servicing the community made it a no-brainer. I left a message on his website late that evening and received a prompt response to set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in our options and outcomes with absolutely no pressure. I was very skeptical at first at their ability to be able to get our 40-year-old carpet clean. He was very reassuring and began work immediately. I watched him perform his work and was amazed at how clean the carpet was coming. By the time he had finished, the carpet looked and felt brand new. In no time at all the carpet was clean and dry. The fact that this is a veteran owned business And that he did such a thorough job assures him my repeat business. I plan on sharing his stellar work with my neighbors. Below are the before and after pictures. The lighting really doesn't do it justice. But I assure you the differences are remarkable.

this is the 2x we’ve used michael. the first time was for my 30+ yo persian carpet. it was on the return visit that i realized how soiled it was. wow! michael returned smelling fresh, clean, and BRAND NEW looking. i found someone to trust with my persian carpet.

our second experience was a large area rug, doggie throw up, and it was green. yuck! count us in as forever customers, our carpet was returned smelling fresh, cleaned, and brand new looking! plus, michael shared care information for any future accidents. ten-star review for customer service, knowledge, experience, results. many thank yous, michael.

We had a smelly incident that our dog left behind on a Friday, and we needed someone to clean our carpets next day. Micheal was able to get something scheduled immediately even though it was on a Saturday which was more than we expected. When Blanca and he showed up Saturday morning they were kind, knowledgeable, and quick when it came to completing the job. As a home owner, it can be difficult sometimes finding a person you trust to clean/fix things in your home. I can not recommend these two enough, and I hope anyone reading this realizes that they too will be in great hands when choosing Dryex, Thanks again Micheal and Blanca!

This is the second time I have used Dryex to clean my carpets and couches.  Both times Michael and Blanca have been very knowledgeable and professional.  Michael was able to remove discolored spots from my couch, even though I didn't know the source,  without any harsh chemicals.  The team is great to work with.

Michael Ellis was very prompt in responding to my request to get an estimate on cleaning our couch, carpet and bathroom tile grout. He showed up on time and after giving me the estimate was able to do the cleaning the same day. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable of carpet and upholstery. He did an awesome job. I will definitely give him a call when I need these services in the future!

A little expensive but always clean and a full time attendant on duty. Washers up to 60 lb has a restroom for customers. A sink to wash hands or pre spot clothes. 5 folding stations

This place is excellent. Not overpriced for the convenience of pay-by-phone or coins if you want that. Its clean and well run. Staff are kind and helpful.
When they’re busy it can mean a wait to get a machine but if you’re on a tight schedule and want to do a quick load you should plan for that.

The app to run the machines is great but the atmosphere is sketchy. Not sure it’s any fault of the business or just the location but there is always suspect people in there.

Best Laundry mat around. Always clean!  Efficient machines. I have never seen any of them out of order.   And staff on site.  But most of all clean!!

This was the best laundromat experience of my entire life.  I will never go back to a home that has a washer and dryer.

The staff was kind, professional, gave away free delicious donuts, and hangers.  I also found 12 dollars.  This was a great day.

The machines were plentiful and the areas were spacious.  They even have affordable drop off.  Super clean, as well

I wanted to fall in love with this place because it has great reviews, but I can't as they have really put us in a bind. I dropped off my husband's dress clothes last Friday and confirmed that Christmas Eve hours were until 2pm as he asked to have us pickup Tuesday instead of Monday. It is 12:30p on Christmas Eve, and
they're closed with no warning.

We now are out the money for a whole new set of dress clothes and dry cleaning for an unmissable family event.

Horribly disappointing.

I have been using Mr. Park's cleaners for nearly 8 years now.  I have been impressed with the quality and promptness of service.  I haven't used other cleaners so I can't compare prices, but I feel like we get excellent service for our money.

Brought my shirts in to get laundered. I dropped off more when I picked up the first order. Mistake! They wrote on my shirts instead of using a tag for identification. HORRIBLE They damaged my shirts on purpose! Avoid at all costs!

Up Date:  Even worse than I thopught. After I made this post, I realized they also wrote my last name on the inside of the shirts in what looks like a pen!!  Unbelieveable

EDIT: The folks who run this place are trying to make good and working with me on it. Crossing fingers it goes okay.

I originally came to this cleaner because of their good reviews on Google, but I have come to seriously regret that choice.

I brought in an organic cotton/wool mattress cover (not a protector) that specifically needed to be dry-cleaned on Saturday, July 22. When I came back on Friday, July 28, I was told that the item had shrunk during the process and that they would need to buy me a new one. I was also told they would call me the next day with more information. They also asked me what the mattress cover cost, and I told them I had no idea but it wasn't cheap. When I talked to them on Saturday, they said they found a mattress cover for $70. Afterwards, I called the vendor of my mattress about the price of the protector, which is the only place to buy one for that mattress, and they said it was $195. So when I called back the dry cleaner and told them the actual price, they they'd call me back on Monday to figure out the rest.

It's now Tuesday. Nobody has contacted me. When I called them this morning, they said "my boss is out, he'll call you back."

Right now the core of mattress is exposed until I figure out how to buy a new mattress cover that properly fits my bed, which is $195. I am so disappointed in Twice Drycleaners.

I haven't actually gotten the clothes altered and cleaned yet, but I'm writing a good review for the service I've already received. I'm getting married on Saturday (today is Tuesday), and my fiancee and mother need some emergency cleaning and alterations done. I called to see if this is possible and the gentleman on the phone was polite and personable and said it would not be a problem. Once I get the clothes serviced, I will update as needed, but I have a feeling it'll just go from 4 stars to 5 anyway...

I have used this business for my dry cleaning for five years with great satisfaction and always great service BUT the last two times I took several good cashmere sweaters in (early 2022) they were shrunk when we got them home.  My wife also had a very nice expensive blouse and some of her sweaters shrunk as well.  This is unusual because I have always taken my sweaters there and they have done a great job in the past.  Something changed recently and now we are uncertain about returning.

When I first entered I was greeted with a warm hello from all the staff that was in eye sight. I called 20 minutes before arriving asking if they did zipper repair and they do. I explained what I needed and the gentleman said to come on in and see if it was something that could be done. He had all the parts that I needed and completed the job within 15 minutes on two coats. Total cost was $20 for parts and time. Luckily it was able to get done because we needed the coat for a trip to the mountain. He was professional and friendly. Will be going back if needed in the future. Definitely recommend this place.

I wear my pants in an odd length and always take my pants gere for hemming. I have never been dissapointed. I also recently took a couple of button down shirts here to have the length shortened as well since I wear them untucked and dont want to appear as if I am wearing a dress. They did an outstanding job.

I have been getting dry-cleaning done for years I have never had my suits come back smelling so bad he did a good job pressing the suits but the smell that my suits came back in is unforgivable. I take very good care of my suits I wear suits every day and general care of them is very important to me. I cannot believe how bad my suits smell. I have just wasted $100 and now I need to get them re dry cleaned. Do not go here

This cleaners is the worst I’ve ever been to. The first and only time I went I took a dog mat, a small area rug and two brand new, never worn, knitted Nightmare Before Christmas scarves all to be dry cleaned.  I was told by the lady before she even looked at the rug that it would be cheaper for me to just buy a new one; I asked how much it would be, she said we don’t do them, we send them out it’s too much; she said ‘you should just buy a new one so I left the other stuff there. I just picked up my nightmare knitted scarves and one of them has the knitting ruined on the inside. I showed it to her, where the knitting is all pulled out  (I will post a picture) and I said what happened here and she just shrugged, no apology, no I will fix, nothing.  Worst customer service ever, just horrible.

First time using this cleaner and $500 Faux fur blanket ruined. Took zero responsibility for destroying it other than refunding the cleaning fee. Had it cleaned numerous time at other shops with no issue.

Got stain out of a skirt I love.... and my huge mohair jacket looks like new.  They even held it for me when I was sick and worried about coming in. Great service!

DO NOT GO HERE! They ruined a very expensive comforter of mine--bleached everywhere, and then refused a refund for the "cleaning" let alone the damage. The owner was rude and aggressive.

Old shirts look just like new now. The prices are a little higher here than at other places in a town, but seems like its worth it.

If I could give zero stars, I would.  They destroyed my vintage suede jacket.  Destroyed.  When I dropped it off, I was told that they send it out and that it would be expensive (about $80).  I said that was fine.  Instead, the male owner attempted to clean my jacket and ripped holes in it.  When I went to pick it up, the female owner tried to blame me saying it was "too old" and picking pieces of it off.  They knew it was vintage, they knew it said "professionally clean by leather specialist," they told me they were going to send it out, and instead, they ruined it and provided zero compensation for damaging it.  Not even an "I'm sorry."

Not sure what changed but it seems like new ownership took over in early 2025 because I got two suits dry-cleaned for $40 and they ended up perfect literally the next afternoon!

Had some curtain we brought in to be dry cleaned and pressed. Paid $129 for this service. When we got them back, they were damp, wrinkly, and six inches shorter than they originally were. When brought to their attention, they asked for them back so they could try stretching them out. A week and a half later, got them back, and they were able to stretch them out only about a half inch or so. When I went back again to discuss the issue, all they wanted to do was try and stretch them again. I was also told that since it was my first time cleaning them, I should’ve expected some shrinking, which doesn’t line up with any other dry cleaner I’ve gone to. When I pressed the issue, they refused to give a refund. Won’t be back there. Paid $129 for them to ruin $300 curtains.

$16 to dry clean one short dress without sleeves? Outrageous! I will never be back. They also did not properly label what my partner dropped off and had to ask if items were ours. They did not bother to button & zip pants upon pickup. I do not recommend.

Almost $50 to wash and dry 3 loads of laundry.
There were puddles of water on the floor.
No bathroom to use… and it was cold in the laundromat… had to stay warm by sitting in my car. Do NOT recommend.

I'm going to start this review by saying we have a blanket problem in our house. No matter how many we have, we want more. Which is fabulous till you are lured in by the bigger than a King sized blanket from Costco and you realize your washer and dryer at home will not wash it.

Que the laundrymat visit. I haven't been in a laundromat since 2007 so I had no idea what to do, what to bring etc. I looked at the site and saw I needed an app and I could us quarters as well.

So armed with my book, my son and all comfy blankets we had the laundromat excursion of 2023. I had no problem using the app, my biggest hurdle was figuring out what # machine was what, but that was one me- not the facility. I did have money left over on my app, but not much and I knew I would need to come back eventually.

It was fairly clean and busy when we went there but everyone was courteous of our space and likewise we did the same for them.

My photos I am posting are from my second visit, because again large blankets. I came at the end of the day and I parked up close, since I didn't want to walk far alone in the dark. Safety first! While I was there the cleaning crew came in and I saw them efficiently cleaning the machines and surface areas.

My recommendations are as follows.

- Don't drink a large coffee and do your laundry unless you want to walk to a local business and use their bathrom.

-if you have extra time on your machine or an extra quarter or two, pay it forward to someone else. A little kindness goes a long ways.

-please use a Bluetooth for phone calls unless you want everyone to know your family drama on your speakerphone. I will listen and play detective and more than likely want to know what happens next. 🤣

Most expensive laundromat I’ve ever seen, and I travel North America none stop for the past 20 years, I went to hundreds of laundromats, so this is a big statement!!

Also, they have one trolly only… the manager said the owner got tired of people stealing them, so now the customers have to suffer for it.

My recommendation; get the ones with locks on the wheels that locks when they leave the door. Or have a budget for them that’s all, I can’t believe they get that many stolen each year to make it not worth buying more, I mean, one for the whole laundromat… 🤔

Save yourself the time coming here unfortunately it's gone downhill over the years. I recommend the west side olympia laundry mat. They have updated machines, plenty of laundry carts & cheaper overall.

I have/am watching my money disappear, and those really frustrated and angry customers loose their money. Your card system is making you money for sure! Surprised there aren’t more customer written notes hanging on these machines.

Owner attention required. Floor flooded, many machines down.
