have gotten quite a few alterations done here. The pricing is good but the older woman seamstress has been unnecessarily rude to my elderly mother on more than one occasion.

Eskay the seamstress is always lovely and does a great job on all of our alterations! Turn around time is always much faster than expected and good pricing, highly recommend

I went in to see if they could repair a throw pillow that had a tear. The fabric was thick, and I'd gone to a couple other places but they couldn't do it. The alterations person at this location immediately said it wouldn't be a problem. It took less than a week, and only cost $10. Highly recommend.

We have dropped off numerous clothing items for alterations at PA in Portland on  Forest ave.,  I must say, we are always pleased with their work and the price always seems more than fair for the work. The girls at the front have always been very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Do not take your wedding dress here! Such terrible work. I had to take my dress back because it was just shoved into a box after being cleaned- then when I picked it up a second time all they did was shove tissue paper in the box with the dress… so so so terrible. Don’t waste your time

Very clean, quiet, efficient machines and don’t require cash/change. Definitely my new spot. They do close a little early but that just means staff gets to go home to their family at a reasonable time and that makes me happy.

I've been coming here for several years now, mostly due to the convenience of the location. I'm tired of machines that take your card payment and don't actually start. This has been the 3rd or 4th time I've encountered a broken machine that has eaten my money with no hope of getting a refun. It's unacceptable when the laundry is so pricey here. I could have purchased a washer and dryer several timea over with the money I've spent here, but don't have the space. It feels bad to just be taken advantage of by businesses like this.

This place used to be great, but now the floors are covered in trash every time I go.

I used to love this place, always clean, a little pricey, definitely safe, and convenient, but after today I will not be coming here again. I used one of their larger washers for my comforter and other blankets, right at its final spin cycle the washer stopped working and gave me an error message. I called the help number and was told to give it 15 to 20 minutes to restart. After about 25 minutes I got a call back and was told that help was on the way. They showed up and finally got the washer unlocked only to find my items completely soaked. The guy who came to help had taken my laundry card and told me that he added the 15 dollars that I had used on the broken machine (which mind you it didn’t have a ‘do not use; machine broken’ sign on it or anything) then he was gone in a flash. I ended up having to used two of the smaller washer which is annoying and the extra 15 dollars wasn’t going to cover the fee but I already had 20 dollars on the card so I’d have enough to cover the extra fee and the dryer. I go to pay for the washers and there was no refund. So not only did I waste most of my morning and half of my afternoon on a load of laundry that should have only taken me and hour and half to get done, but I was also lied to. So basically I robbed of money & time, and on top of all that was lied to straight to my face. So yeah don’t wash your clothes here. Waste of time and money. And just as was I finishing typing this another girl just got her money stolen by another broken machine. Pls do better.

Stay away from this place. Worst laundromat I’ve been to in the Portland area. Loaded my card with $23, only $21 showed up on the card. I’d post a picture of the receipts but the receipt printed a blank piece of paper. It’s $4.75 at minimum for a load, those washing machines are extremely small. Operating the dryers will eat money since there’s no clear way to add time to the load, there’s no attendant around to help assist. Ended up spending over $30, won’t get to use all of it bc there’s a $10 minimum to $ to the card.

Go to Pratt Abbott, the only reason I came here is because Pratt Abbott was closed. Cannot recommend any other laundromat enough compared to this place
