They’re certainly friendly, a bit pricey but they are doing a great job.

They were quick & did what I asked. I haven't worn the clothes yet but tried on a pair of the starched jeans- I should've got," LIGHT" starch! Cardboard! They'll be fine after I break'em in though & wash, the creases'll last a minute to a decade!!

I tried to give this place several chance but they simply ruin clothing here.  They are rough with clothes ripping buttons off of several shirts.  They are so tough I have cloth missing where the buttons were ripped off.  Seemed like every time I got shirts back I’d have a few shirts missing buttons.

Also I noticed my polyester shirt is melted.  Friendly cleaners is the last establishment to clean my shirt and it wasn’t melted the last time I wore it.

I took 8 drapery  panels in . When I went to pick them up only 6 were ready, supposedly.  I was told to come back the next day. When I arrived to pick up all 8 I was told there were only 6 panels  and that I was mistaken.  When I  dropped them off I told the clerk
8, my receipt  says 8 and they were responsible  for 8. The clerk insists that there were only 6. Now I have a window with no panels and I  don't want to have to buy all new drapes. I will never go back to FC.

Great service and turn around. Gave them my king sized goose down comforter and only cost 25 dollars to get it dry cleaned. My toddler spilled chocolate milk on it and threw up on it. They were able to get out the stains and make it smell good. Thank you so much !!

When we walked in the whole place smelled of Cat urine, it should have been my first red flag, but I stayed against my better judgment. The washers that are actually working, not many, barely get the clothes wet, let alone clean. You must have exact change $5 to get laundry card, ATM on site only gives $20 bills, forced to contact attendant for change or purchase something at a nearby store to get change for the cashless card that is the only way to pay for your wash. Dryers cost .99 every 5 Min. We paid for 20 Min/$4 for each load and were still not fully dried when we left. I'll drive across town to go to Pat's or Buy a washer of my own before I come back to this place. Don't waste your time or your money.

Ridiculous as place! The former staff and owners would never! These machines doesn’t work half of the time and this woman act weird and like she doesn’t comprehend properly!!! Like woman business is business. I wouldn’t lie about adding money to a machine. Be foreal and do better.

Tried doing laundry for a business cause. First 2 days they gave me a receipt, 3rd day it was a different lady I think she said her name was Marge or something. She said she can’t give me a receipt or any way to show proof I paid for laundry. She was asleep behind the front desk for over an hour while I was doing laundry, and I didn’t want to bother her until finally she woke up and was just flat up rude. Walked away from me and everything

Washing machines didn't clean my clothes. They got the outside of the blanket SOMEWHAT wet. A lot of their washing machines were broken or didn't offer hot options and it took my money on one of the machines so when I turned it back on then found the attendant to speak about the situation, the attendant said they couldn't give me back my 6+ dollars.

They used to be a pretty good place to wash my clothes, but now have become a big flop.

I'll be going somewhere else.
