I brought in a pair of extra long, extra heavy fabric drapes for cleaning and pressing. Sure, it took a bit longer than my usual dry cleaning (jackets, sweaters, etc.), but they did an outstanding job. And the curtains were carefully folded to prevent minimal wrinkles. The young lady who works up front was helpful ... and has a great sense of humor! Highly recommend this location!

Been coming here for 20 years now. Always have had excellent service and the time and effort they put into their  job is also excellent. I always get my pants and shirts done weekly and I have never have had a complaint. I like extra starch on my pants and that’s exactly what I get. If anyone ever has an issue, which is rare, they are more than willing to correct it and fix it! Thumbs up for the workers that have been there for decades!!! Job Well Done!!!

I took my husband, 2 children’s outfits and my wedding Dress to David’s Cleaners  they came out amazing. I was very happy with the results first time great price and on time.

Such a friendly experience, welcoming and fast turn around. I found it to be less expensive for a single lady to get my laundry done here...rather than spend hundreds on a washer, and dryer. Its really rather financially fiscal to have your laundry done. I spend maybe 50 a month max myself, which is only 600 a year. Cost in the water, electricity, the TIME if doing it yourself...its way better for me to have it done, and folded due to disabilityalso. LGBTQIA friendly and such a simple drive thru!!!

Walked in as same day service was advertised  ,  experienced very rude oriental man who was throwing a fit, telling me he couldn’t do the job .  Felt like I was being yelled at .  I let him know that that is fine although there was no need for him being so very rude .  I walked out and went somewhere else .  Will never return .

They've always been so good, especially when Kim was there at the front. So courteous and friendly. I went to drop off my clothes today and the owner was a HATEFUL SOB  to me. All because I said that the door was hard to open. He said well, what do you wantbme to do about it. I said no, it's probably the pressure from the AC. Then he replied, you want me to shut it off ? I dropped off my husband’s suit and it was ready in less than 24 hours for pick up. The price was very inexpensive for the turn around time and quality. When I arrived I came with my infant son in his car seat. The gentleman (who I assume may have been the owner) helped me by taking my dry cleaning to my vehicle while I secured my son in our vehicle. Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had! We will be back.

I took my chenille curtains to get dry cleaned after I noticed my dog had been urinating on them. I picked them up today and still noticed the smell. When I called the store back I was given Mr When’s (Owner) phone number. I called and left him a message. When I got a call back from Mr When, I explained to him that I still noticed the smell he was very rude to me in expressing the fact that he had already ran them through twice and there was nothing he could do. I simply asked him why was I not informed of this at pick up he got very hostile. This company takes your money and does “Not” give you the results you pay for.

This is company should have said in the beginning that they didn’t have the right supplies to correct the problem.

Called on Monday to ask about same day service and the clerk told me yes but they were “slammed” and sent the clothes out early… showed up the following Monday when they opened for same day service and the clerk told me they were “slammed” and would not have the clothes back til the end of the following day… why offer same day service when you can’t deliver same day service? I went to Marina’s on Central near Lomas and they offered same day service… and were able to deliver same day service. I am happy with the results and will continue to bring my clothes there…  it’s obvious they can handle being “slammed”

4 sheer curtain panels, quoted $10 per panel. When I picked them up they charged me $90. Will never use them again.

Patty has a wonderful customer service every week that I go in. Also, great quality work with all my dry cleaning needs. Keep up the great work Master Cleaners staff!

My winter white dress was gray and the buttons were missing.  The clerk insisted that the dress was cleaned with whites but offered to reclean it because it was full of black lint.  I guess white clothes produce black lint.   She also insisted that the buttons were non-existent when I brought it in.  No apologies, just excuses and accusations from the clerk.  Perhaps it would have been deducted from her pay.

They did ok job on the clothes. The reason why I'm posting so low stars is that they turned me away when they close at 6:30pm and I arrived at 6:20pm. She already had the closed sign! Really??!! Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
