They charged me over $100 to hem a gown and they ruined the dress. They there was no apology and someone called and told me to come and pick up a check to make things right. I got there and the seamstress who did the alterations played Dumb and I was not reimbursed for them ruining my dress. So I will never go back. I’m honestly just really disappointed that someone couldn’t be an adult and apologize and I told her that.

Super convenient location in Delco Plaza. Located by the old grocery store and the VA ABC, down by the Clawdad's Seafood Boil restaurant. They clean all types of clothing, along with laundry service, alterations, drapes, boots, wedding dresses and tuxedos. Great dry cleaners.

They are now open until 6pm only and closed on Sat. I just dropped off my first order but I think that they will be good.

Great place for my suits and affordable prices.

This three star review is a generous average of 4 star and 0 star experiences.  If it weren’t for the employee today, it would be 1 star review.  Love having this place close by.  Hours Have improved but closing at 5 leaves me to pick up on the weekend.  Weird hours have improved.  Have gone there a couple of times in the last few years. Trying to support local business.  Went today to pick up my 2 items.  Funky smell in the place like cigarette smoke but maybe it was something else.  It did not smell good.  Saving grace  is the lady who retrieved my garments also retrieved a pair of pants I had dropped off during COVID (my bad).  She questioned, and so did I, why this wasn’t brought to my attention in previous drop offs. .  She caught it.  5 stars for that and 1 star for the smell and not being reminded in previous visits as she could see it on her computer screen. Then the shirt I had dropped off was pressed with wrinkles in collar and down the front-we (admittedly my wife that is) decided to try to fix it at home rather than risk the shirt being ruined if the buttons cracked in the  process.   Not asking for money back from the owner but I would  just like them to provide  a quality service   Again I try to support local business but get far better service  in Loudoun where i can drop things off near work and get excellent service. .  Why can’t I just get that here?

I have had alterations done there and several things. Cleaned also has done a very good job for me. Every time There english is pretty good And the prices are reasonable

Sweet ladies  Always had items done on time. Did a great job on curtain alterations. English is perfectly fine, and I have never had an issue  with communication. And they recycle the hangers & bags.

I don't know why the negative reviews. I've had alterations and several dry cleaning done without any issues. Both women of course struggle with English but they are always very happy and professional. I come from NJ with an Italian background where the u.s. $1.99 dry cleaner on every block, this is affordable for dey cleaning AND alterations compared to others in the area.

Fair price. Always has been on time with dry cleaning. I had a sports coat altered and it turned out great. The level of English spoken is sufficient for the level of communication that is required. Always very friendly.
