This is such a homey comfortable laundromat. It's clean and safe feeling. Best kept secret but not for long with the reviews. All the other customers we encountered were very friendly. The only things to be aware of is that there is only one double sized machine and approximately 8 regular machines so you could be waiting if it's busy.

Spotless and very safe, hands down the best laundry mat I've ever been to. Prices are also extremely fair and there is both self service and wash and fold service.
The owner Cory is also very friendly and helpful, she really cares about her customers.

They did the alterations and added a bustle on my wedding dress and did a fabulous job! It fit like a glove when they were done. It was a little pricy, but my dress had lots of layers. Definitely worth it to know it was done well. They also pressed it and are cleaning it after the wedding. Very nice people and great service!

I came in to this establishment from a recommendation for a wedding dress alteration. I made the appointment weeks ago explaining that I needed a fitting and would go from there specifically because we are on a budget. I came in and everyone was so nice. The first thing was my dress was attached at the bottom to keep my 3 layers together due to the slit, in the middle of the fitting she cut what binds those together without asking. I proceeded to leave my dress there because of all the great reviews and I was willing to go out of budget a bit. Once I spoke to my fiancée and my day went on I just didn’t feel like $590 in alterations was doable with all we have to pay for the wedding so I called back asking if I could pick up my dress. They answered nicely saying I could and it would be ready when I arrived. I arrived to pick up my dress which was getting ironed (didn’t ask for this) and was told I owed $30. I asked why they said for the fitting. The owner said “ You find cheaper they’ll mess up your dress, everyone comes back for me to fix it when that happens “ then proceeded to say “ What does your husband know about alterations? “ Then started saying how much people pay for prom dresses and other brides. I have never ever felt so uncomfortable and i’m so in shock that a business owner could be so nasty.

Love this place. I've taken a couple of pants and shirts that needed to be stitched up again and the lady there did her magic! They haven't come undone and I will continue to do business with this place.

I went here to get my wedding gown steamed/pressed and they did such an amazing job. Everyone here is SO kind and really went above and beyond with their customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them!

I brought in a shirt to be dry cleaned, and not only did the business lose it, but when I asked how they planned to make things right, I was met with an inappropriate and discriminatory comment. The employee said, “Hispanic people think they are special and talk to others the way they want to,” which was completely unprofessional and offensive.

I expected a simple resolution for the lost shirt, but instead I was disrespected and dismissed. I hope management addresses this behavior and provides better customer service and cultural sensitivity training.

I do not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Clothes were not done on time a day AFTER our pickup day. When I went to go pickup the clothes, they told me it would be a few minutes. I saw them take two shirts and quickly iron them and rush them into the plastic wrap. If this wasn’t bad enough, a blazer I needed dry cleaned was not even touched. It was still dirty and wrinkled. Never coming back which is a shame since I live close by. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I have taken several items here for sewing, whoever does the sewing here does a wonderful job, I wish I could tip them & let them know how great of a job they do, I got a jacket back that looked even better than I expected, looked like it was new again, I highly recommend this place for any needs you may have from cleaning, sewing, new zippers on pants, this is a 5 Star establishment!!, the Spanish lady that works the counter is great!!

Have been using this business for years.  Great service with laundry and dry cleaning, the clothes come back quickly, clean, and well pressed.  The tailoring they do is very well done, have taken clothes there that were not tailored well elsewhere, and they re-did the work correctly.

I’m curious to know how many locations SuperSuds has. It didn’t look like the store in the commercials. I visited the store on London in Winchester today and it was pretty much what I expected for a laundromat service. The manager was VERY helpful even while handling a leaking machine issue. I was washing comforters because my home machines aren’t large enough. The price was well worth it. Not to mention there were multiple machines available. I will likely use them again for larger loads.

I find it strange to have a laundromat with no restrooms.
Also, no coins for these machines; you must use the fancy digital cards so don’t bring your coffee can of loose change or quarters.
Small machine $3.75 for a cold wash, $4 for warm, $4.25 for hot. Large wash starts at $5.50 cold, then up 25¢ increments for warm and hot.
Small dryer is 25¢ for 6 minutes even though it says 5. Unsure about large dryer.
Gets the jobs done, but lack of bathroom and locking the outlets probably will deter me from returning. Some people have bodily functions to take care of while doing laundry and may want to charge their phone or laptop. Inhospitable environment maybe they don’t want people coming here.

Complete ripp of says 10 mins for $0.27 for 10 mons you only get 4 mins. Washer time 28 is actually 15 mins timed it. So this pkace is a complete rip off and should be reported to better business bureau.

Dirty place, a lot of "OUT OF ORDER" machines, not to mention the carts with busted wheels you have to use for your clothes. The price is convenient but the upkeep could definitely be better. RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF. Need to do away with cash and update to cards like the one across town

732 Berryville Ave. store has had renovations done & more to come! Including new machines! It's looking good! Except for after some people come in & purposely trash the store! It's their fault that the store is no longer open 24 hours!
