At first I did not like the attention of the gentleman because he gave us instructions that did not favor us as clients and we did it with the idea of not returning although in the end the young man who attended us It was very kind I think the cost relation with the space of the place And the attention of the gentleman in charge did not seem right to us. I visited the shop on a Sunday morning around half 9, the shop has a few machines avaliable and able to get my laundry wash straight away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The washing machines are shiny clean and I spotted the staff cleaning the machine after washes.  Washing a big load costed me £5, very decent price for an almost city centre location. The wash took 30 minutes. The whole experience was smooth and great value for the money.

Gone down in my estimation. At least 2 dryers are often out of order and people leave the laundry while drying clothes and you have to wait for them to return to empty the dryer so you can use it. Some dryers  work faster than others. The dryers need an upgrade.

Used this a few times now. Good service for drop off and collect,no parking outside as it's right next to a crossing so barriers prevent direct access be prepared to walk if not local

Really friendly staff. Very helpful to a novice like me. Wash took just over 45 minutes and dried really quickly. I had loads of washing. Thought it would take forever but it all went in to a large machine for £8.

My first time using the laundry today.  Was surprised the washer only took thirty minutes and then I put my clothes on a 6 minutes dry so we could go to the shop and when we got back the clothes were actually dryer than I thought they'd be so all I had to do was hang them up at home.  I wish I'd put them on for longer though because now I have to wait until the next day to iron them.  Lovely helpful lady working there got me change, and soap powder because I forgot to bring mine also helped me with drying.  Great place to do your laundry. Quick, easy and friendly.  When my washer breaks again I will be going back because it is so much quicker than my washer dryer at home.

Booked a collection on 10 Jan. Nobody turned up to collect - had to call to arrange the collection.

Admittedly we forgot about the dry-cleaning but had heard nothing by March. Called, informed that they had tried to contact me but then 'moved on' as they had heard nothing (I had no emails or missed calls). I was informed they would return it on the Monday - nobody turned up.

Called again the following week - apologies, we will return the item on Monday - again nobody turned up.

Called again 'it was my child's parent's evening, I would have called but the number you put on your order is missing a digit' - I have checked - that is untrue - the telephone number on my account is correct, they are just totally disorganised and didn't bother to contact me.

Overstretched, disorganised - avoid. Use a local dry-cleaner instead.
