«O Dry» dry cleaning exceeded all my expectations. I brought in a fairly complex jacket to have some stains removed. I was very concerned that it wouldn’t be possible since the material is rare and delicate. However, «O Dry» handled the job perfectly — 100%. This is truly the best dry cleaner I’ve been to in Hollywood and Los Angeles. The staff is extremely polite, and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be coming here more often. 10/10.

I had a beaded silk gown, and they cleaned it without loosing any beads! It looks gorgeous again! And everyone there is friendly  too. And it's a green cleaner. I dont like chemicals on my clothes or in the environment.

They were so professional, carefully documenting every piece of clothing, shoes, purses. All were cleaned beautifully. This was the first time I ever used pick up and delivery because of the quantity of the order due to the Palisades Fire. I definitely would recommend them.

Green Cleaners

Took a leap of faith and tried a new tailor because my go-to is closed on Sundays. Dropped off a dress on Sunday for alterations to be completed by the following Friday at 5p. Friday at 7p I go to pick up, and they hadn’t even started the alterations. The gentlemen offered to have me wait for an hour while he took in the sides, hemmed the length, removed the sleeves and repaired the arm holes to make them look like the sleeves weren’t there. This seemed like a lot to do in 1hour, and I didn’t want to pay for a rushed job, so I just took my dress back. I needed the dress the following morning, so it was a disappointment for sure. I don’t mind that they were not able to finish it (or start it) in the time frame they promised but it would have been nice to be told that via a phone call so I could have found an alternative solution.

Came in to get my rank sewn on my uniform. Everyone was super nice and professional, and it was finished really fast. Thanks a lot!

They actually did a great job with the clothes, and I love that they are a green cleaner, but the owner was smoking or just smoked right outside his door both when I was dropping off and picking up my items, and the smoke went into the shop. The whole place smelled like cigarettes. What's the point of my clothes getting eco treatment while I'm getting secondhand smoke? Not to mention it might get on my clothes that are there to be cleaned.

Please consider smoking further away from your shop. Not returning before some changes happen.

I always bring my comforter here to clean. It’s the most affordable place around. The owner is really sweet and friendly. My comforter is always returned in pristine condition, he’s helped get pet stains from my cat out. Thank you!

Great service! Owner is friendly, straight forward and trustworthy.  Parking can sometimes be a challenge but a valet driver is there to help.
