My favorite satin jumpsuit was ruined at an (awesome) wedding. Drinks getting dropped everywhere. Stains all over. But Ritz cleaners dry cleaned it (twice) and it is as good as new (total of 26$). On top of it, they were super nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Anyone in need of any kind of laundering, dry cleaning etc would be wise to NOT come to Ritz Cleaners and Marcelo. A most unprofessional business.

Marcelo is unfriendly, acting as though his customers are a burden or nuisance. He has great difficulties keeping a schedule or having whatever it is completed and ready by the day it is supposed to be. Even something as simple as just pressing or shrinking a single t shirt.

If you are cordial or conversational with him, instead of being treated like an acquaintance or friend he will instead use that against you, putting you and your clothing on the backburner and just getting around to it eventually, after all of the clothes that other customers have dropped off are done. As though others are more important and urgent than you, that it's acceptable to treat you however he wants and only attempting to be professional and punctual with customers who he is concerned about keeping. Also, no alterations are actually done or offered here. He will direct you elsewhere for that.

And he does not do correctly something as simple as turning a shirt right side out. He only does it incorrectly, stretching out the collar by putting both hands into the shirt through the collar to turn it right side out rather than doing it the correct and obvious way by going in through the bottom of the shirt, and continues to do it incorrectly even after having that brought to his attention.

Businesses such as this one do not deserve to be patronized. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other, better cleaners, far more worthy and deserving of your business.

Experience was better last year, the last few times I've tried to use Ritz I've come at 5-7pm since I work during other hours. Often the store will be closed by then, so fair warning if you need dry cleaning done quickly, bring things often or call ahead if lucky

I had a beaded silk gown, and they cleaned it without loosing any beads! It looks gorgeous again! And everyone there is friendly  too. And it's a green cleaner. I dont like chemicals on my clothes or in the environment.

They were so professional, carefully documenting every piece of clothing, shoes, purses. All were cleaned beautifully. This was the first time I ever used pick up and delivery because of the quantity of the order due to the Palisades Fire. I definitely would recommend them.

The team at Perfect Cleaners is always kind, accommodating, efficient and caring — especially with handling the volumes of laundry with specific instructions that I’m unfortunately known for!  But each and every one of them are troopers and provide the best service ever.  I cannot thank everyone enough at Perfect Cleaners — especially their fluff and fold crew — the best!

I was not told the price when I dropped off the coat. The final price is pretty higher than where else. I think they should mprov the communication prior accepting the service.

I have needed dry cleaning services for 40 years… And this is by far the best service I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with… Excellent quality, Graff, friendship, friendly staff and very, very reasonable pricing

I first stumbled upon Pick N Drop a couple years ago when I had a very tough stain on one of my favorite shirts. I figured let me give them a try and see if they can get it out. George was extremely helpful and let me know that they can take care of it and it wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. Fast forward to today and I haven’t looked elsewhere for dry cleaning services. They are always happy and eager to help and their prices are very affordable. My wife and I both work and have two kids at home, so regular things like laundry tend to get piled up. We’ve been very spoiled with Pick N Drop because we just bag everything up and drop it off to them to take care of. They are our one stop shop for anything and everything cleaners related, from pressing a dress shirt before an event last minute to taking care of multiple loads of laundry. These guys are the absolute best!

I gave this place a try and it is right down the street from my home and had great reviews. Unfortunately my experience with them has not been great. I have used them 5 different times for a variety of garments. Only twice were things normal. The other 3 times I have had my clothes severely shrunken twice. I wear XL and the fit is practically a medium now and unwearable. Lastly I had nice denim brought in to be pressed and now one side had the stitching taken out and made into a fluffy shape (extremley) strange And the right side as normal..

Just too many inconsistencies with this place and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
