Family owned business and they do not take accountability for the damage they have done. They ripped and tore my expensive wool coat. I would never go back to them and I would never recommend them to anybody.

Washed/Laundered shirts I brought in for dry cleaning.   These were limited edition very expensive designer shirts with a high collector re-sale value (at least until I took them to this cleaner).   Not only did I expect them to be dry cleaned but they wrote my name on the LABEL!    Writing on clothes is damaging them. Whether inexpensive for $250-$500+ shirts like the one's I brought in, a cleaner should NEVER permanently markup up a customer's shirt; especially without telling them.

Would have given 1-star for this but they are inexpensive and the result -minus the damages- was OK though  not as good as some other places I've used.   By not as good, here clothes were less pressed, shrinkage occurred, and color was not as sharp after --even for the items I believe they actually did dry clean.

Additionally, I brought in a white sport coat.  the sleeve had some nasty stain on it from probably some split drink on a bar I leaned on.  I pointed out the stain when I dropped off.   They returned the jacket without any comment.   Upon arriving back home, I noticed while the stain was much better it still was bad enough I'm hesitate to wear it.

I absolutely will not be going back.

They burned my shirts and when I showed it to the owner she said it was because of the lotion from my skin.  Not only did I pay for the burned shirt, I had to pay for new shirts.

Love this cleaners, friendly, great prices. We are here on contract work and I went to a couple of cleaners before finding this one. They are a great cleaners.

This place is great!  I have been doing business with them for many years and would not have it any other way.  Kindest people you could meet. They are so Dedicated to getting the Best Job done and they never take any shortcuts.  Beautiful work, I would recommend them to Everyone!!😊

First 2 photos are what was supposed to be shirts pressed with heavy starch the third photo is a shirt I pressed myeslf for comparison. I complained and they offered to re press the shirts for free, when I went in to pick up what was supposed to be a complimentary re press I was charged for it after explaining it was supposed to be a complimentary re press because it wasn’t done correctly I was still made to pay for the re press. The re press was still done without heavy starch as I asked they were just pressed with no stach. Save your momey and find a cleaner who cares and follows your directions.

Went in to get alterations on a dress and the front desk woman was condescending and rude.  Just kept saying No No No without giving any suggestions for what could be done. Then she quoted an exorbitant price for the alterations.  Won't be going back.

They did an excellent job of alterations on my husband's new suit, just in time for our niece's wedding! A little pricy, but the work is very professional and it was ready promptly, as promised, with no need for refitting. My husband is very happy with the service that he received and will go back again.

Was told $2.50 clean and press when I went to pickup 4 short sleeve shirts my bill was over $21 dollars (unbelievable) lady at front desk told me it was because shirts weren’t 100% cotton. Never again

Dropped off 2 shirts and two pairs of pants was quoted $10.50, picked them up I was charged $15.10. Turns out owner does know the difference between polyester and cotton. They did not even press the shirts. Can't argue with them, turns out the back of the receipt stated they can change price and not notify you. Beware... look at back of receipt.
